It's the "becoming" part that I think most people struggle with. A tiny bit of success and it's human nature to plump up like a turkey on the look out to attract his next mate. Darren hit the nail on the head with the difference between the braggarts and the real thing.
For example, if a "leader" makes a video, or a facebook post saying "I just recruited 4 people this week into my business", it would be taken as bragging.
That person has "become" something that turns others off.
But if a new person were to say the same thing, prefaced by "I've been struggling with recruiting for so long now... and finally this week... I just recruited 4 people into my business"... That would garner tons of likes and comments "how did you do it" etc...
That person is "becoming" the right person to follow. No bragging, no false statements of earning this massive income, just being authentic and honest.
Now that's a person who's become the best of the best without waving a magic wand around reality to convice other people to follow them because of how good they think they are.
