What type of compensation plan would it employ?
Who would be the target market?
What components would it have and which would be thrown out the window?

My perfect MLM was recently created by me for me. I have a tightly focused niche that is always buying tons of products and services that help them improve their lives and their businesses.

The owner (me) is very understanding to those in the trenches.

They Industry I'm in is playing match maker of products and services to people who know like and trust me.

The compensation is a mix of one time commission, residual income, volume based bonuses as well as muti-level pay outs varying depending on the product/service.

My target market are people who are like me to various degrees: female, foreign, with kids, married, black, beautiful, aggressive, big-thinker, charismatic, nerdy, non-techy, stubborn, money driven, people oriented, desire to experience the finer things in life, and are daring to name a few.

The components it must have is that it totally allows me to express all of who I am now and yet be challenging enough to propel me to want to be greater. It also must be of great services to those who to desire to experience it.

I attract, educate, train and promote every single new recruit personally through articles, videos, autoresponders and other highly leveraged tools and systems. I leverage social networks (and I'm creating my own) like this one to build relationships and create new ones.

Talk about barriers to entry! That's the best part... what you pay to get started with my perfect network marketing company is they equivalent to exactly what you want to get paid in return. Some pay with time, some throw money at it but most pay with both.

It's never a hard sell ,as a matter of fact, my perfect prospects find me and ask to work with me and so I teach my recruits to do the same. We truly prosper each other!

I figure if such a company were ever to be built that the experts here would know how to do it.

I can tell you that this is a true statement! The experts around here not only know how to do it but we each have created our own companies just like that... YOU, inc.

We come here on a regular basis to share the good news but not all are ready to hear. It maybe because its easy to get stuck on deciding what your 'YOU' stands for. Only you can name it and claim it.

Some of us would prefer to hide behind "ground floor" opportunities, kick ass compensation plans, visionary founders, 'good ole boy' endorsements and even the success of uplines and sidelines to be the answer to YOU.

Although there is a formula it is not duplicatable (which isn't even a word! :o ) . You got to use your B.A.M (brains and motivation) to build this "Perfect MLM" company. There's plenty of proof it has been done and is being done as well as plenty who are willing to help both for free and for a fee.

The question is since 'YOU inc.' is the perfect company what will it look like for you?
