It looks very generic. "Name:" and "EMail:" is not in bold-faced and the format looks double-spaced. Check it out here:

I know when people use Aweber, their opt-in form looks nice and professional.
How come TrafficWave doesn't have it looking professional? I don't know graphics, so is there a way someone can show me how to make my opt-in look presentable with TrafficWave?
If not, how does the Aweber STANDARD code look without using HTML? If it's better, I might have to switch to them.

The form section of your TrafficWave.net back office has been updated to allow a lot more flexibility. You can use some of the selections to try alternate formatting options within the back office, itself.
If you know some HTML, you also have the option to modify the subscription form code even further. The possibilities are virtually limitless.

to tell you the truth unless you've got something incredibly creative - your op in form will look bland, generic and plain no matter what - there's just too many out there
but yours does look very very plain

Alex, If I had to guess, it would be because they prefer to not pay extra as their lists grow.
The easiest way to make "name" and "email" bold would be to use the html code to do so. You could use <b>name</b> or <strong>email</strong> .
