Oh, gee... I should have known this was another "set up". Anyway, thanks Jessica, but no thanks, and if you are going to market something, this isn't the way to waste people's valuable time. Really. It seems some here get people asking about our view or opinion of EN or in this case SBI or WP, and then we find out the person asking is already in EN, and promoting it heavily, ie. another underhanded tactic, and in very bad taste to say the least, because that's how it comes off to me, and I'm sure many others.

jessicamaldonado wrote:Hi, Thanks for responding. I had posted this question a while ago and since then decided that it wasn't what I was looking for. I saw a couple sites and didn't like it at all. Definitely blogs can look much more professional than those sites.

I even got a blog from Empower Network (from David Wood's new system) that is completely setup and optimized to rank content quickly. (You can check out more info on this in my profile)

Thanks for all your help :) - Jessica

Setup?! Actually if you check on when I wrote this forum question you'd see that EN wasn't even in the picture. I simply updated as to what I was using now, since someone had responded to this forum post recently about SBI and I had already made my decision about it. Everyone, thanks for your opinions on the matter, it really helped me decide at the time. Anyways, use the site, blog and/or system for creating sites that works best for you. - Jessica

Jessica,

Yes, SBI is great for when first coming online because it is a full package that includes the tools, the instructions, and conceptual knowledge on marketing online. After your first website, depending on your ambitions, you can probably take your learning and begin to make your own websites using a quick, easy, and simple service such as Wordpress or Squarespace.

I trust this is useful information.

Thank You,

Thanks Jelani,

I have used Wordpress and really like it. I haven't tried Squarespace... didn't even know about it. Thanks for sharing :) - Jessica

I don't know how dumb you really think I am Jessica, but please don't treat me that way. Anyway, you brought up SBI, and asked a question about it here in this forum and once a few responses came in you quickly mentioned EN and how great their blog software is, i.e. the "bait and switch" to another subject plugging EN, or whatever your motivation is.

So come on now, please don't take me for a complete you know what. And for starters, you didn't even have to come to this forum to get your question or questions answered in the first place. Just google SBI and other products you are interested in, and you can get a ton of information and reviews and feedback that way.

Plus if you asked this question so long ago and are bringing it up again, you didn't do your homework in the first place. Forums are really like a last resort for answers if you have not found any online no matter where you've searched, so I'm just wondering why? That's all.

Another example, this guy today asked how to get traffic to his site? I mean really. You have to be kidding me right? Do you really need to go to a forum to ask people who may or may not know this question when there are probably millions of documents and other information elsewhere for excellent answers to his question, and have been for decades now, so again WHY? What is the true motivation for this? I don't get it??? Please explain.

I have been looking at different systems to create unlimited subdomains and autoresponders. I have used Marketing Burst in the past, but it wasn't for me (plus it was $50 per month). I was searching the web and found sbi.

If you've used it please let me know what you thought of it and if you would recommend it to me. Thanks.

This is what you responded with Jessica below my initial response almost as soon as a few posts came in. Again, I'm not getting it!? Please explain...

Hi Harry,

Again, my original question was done on "MARCH 5", so obviously it was a while back. I simply saw ppl were commenting today so I offered an update to what I had decided to do... I really shouldn't be explaining myself since I realize you are only looking to argue with someone, look at the dates and I will leave it at that.

This ha most likely been said already, but you are better off getting a self hosted wordpress site and using an autoresponder like a aweber.

You own the site, so you have the control.

Its the most craptacular way of building a website. Everyone I've seen have looked like a pile of dung and at 50 bucks a month it makes it even worse.

I have to agree with most here. Go wordpress. If I may ask. What kind of site are you building? Blog, capture page? What will be the purpose and maybe I can guide you better from there.
