How do you create a success formula for your team?
Hey everybody. This is a public discussion question that I wanted to get some feedback on. In your opinion, what do you think a GOOD success "formula" is in order to build a solid downline? How are the top earners signing up people everyday and showing them a "Rinse, Wash, Repeat" method to success?

Matt there is no cookie cutter
Some are more comfortable on the phone, some are petrified. Some have some warm market they can talk to others really don't. Online marketing requires some learning curve.
I believe you have to interview you team members individually
You can have the perfect formula but its really how much "will power" they will employ because if you are bucking up against their "won't power" you won't get anywhere
1 - find out what amount of time they are going to commit to their new business
2 - Take the time to give them an interview and find out their strengths and what they are already good at, because they will move faster if they work from their strengths rather than their weaknesses
3 - Quickly introduce them to other people that are successful. They will move quicker if they are brought into the culture quickly

Hi Matt
They are able to spend lots of money on paid advertising. This is the fastest most direct way to bring in leads. For eg Facebook ads you can point your ads out to other facebook members activities and interests such as you can pin point to females over the age of 30 only in the uk who like the book fifty shades of grey etc.
There are however, lots of other paid marketing startegies such as banner ads and solo ads that also will bring in good leads.

Ads are nice but if someone doesn't have a budget or the training they can lose money, along with finding out what they have in budget and what their strengths are also find out what they are willing to do, if they do not want to learn how to do ads correctly then I would not direct them in that direction.

Simple because if I explain the process in writing either I would fail...or you would never believe me!
What you can do is sign in to hear the video inside!..then what is going to happen is that I will get an e-mail letting me know that you signed in...and after that...some expert from our call center will call you...just to find out...if you have questions...or if you want to be drop and never be call again!
That is all to it...you get to know process for free when other people spend tons of money to learn it and tons of time.
If you decide to be in the never call again list...believe us...no hard feelings!

Great to hear from you Matt and thank you for bringing this questions up. This is something I have dealt with in the past and was challenged intensely, wether I placed ads, generated quality leads.....etc, at the end of the day I learned one thing from my past challenges and obstacles.
Although team members were coming to me, this didn't mean they would "go to work" after their training. I learned this;
You can never tell somebody what to do, all you CAN do is seek to understand them and then be understood. What does this mean really?
I think what it means is, first connect to their needs, talents, strengths, skills and passions. Then move to the resources at hand and discipline to getting to their vision and need. Next step?....
Leave them alone.
Now I do not mean this literally, that is you are not giving up supporting them and listening you are just handing over the enthusiasm back to them in order for them to be self empowered to take action.

Hi Matt,
Being in 5linx myself the system is very important and that is why I came up with the dialogue cd it gives dialogue and the thought process of the conversations to move you and your prospects
I think our doc 707 is a great tool to quick start some-one and definately connecting with those who have a successful system.. simple enough to follow
I could go on and on especially since I just got off the weekly training call I do on THE FOUNDATION STAYING in PHASE ONE but I will not
Learn to build relationships and not look for another application...Glad to see more of 5linx family on this site

I would say you have to understand your strengths and stick to a max of 2 strategies that you can take action on daily..
So let me ask you ,..what do you like/or think you are good at ..Videos , Writing ..Web site development and SEO , ..E,g if you like to write , why not choose article marketing or forum marketing or even blogging..
Key is to be consistent and to be taking action daily..

Hi,
1. Focus on finding your prospect's Why. What problem do they need solved.
2. Show them how to solve it with YOU (not your company).
3. Teach them a simple, duplicatable system to do the same.
4. Remember that most prospsects are gateways to other prsopects - not the builder you are hoping for.
