But are asking how many people who buy the Magnetic Sponsoring program end up in your program? Probably very little. If that's all you're doing, you're doing nothing more than affiliate marketing and branding someone else, which is good to eliminate your advertising budget and talk to networkers.

Of course, if you're actually applying the concept of Magnetic Sponsoring, which few people do, then that number should be substantially high and you'll be making a lot more money as well.

See you at the top,

Forest

Hey Forest,

I was really asking if people are sponoring their MS leads into their own network marketing business. I know a question that was raised by many people in the past was what they were supposed to say, or in a more general sense, what they were supposed to do with their MS leads... And I've never personally seen any stats of MS affiliates that use MS to sponsor leads into their own biz (not counting WMI since that's Mike's opp and obviously has a stronger connection to MS).

I personally see it the same way you do, which is the reason why I apply the MS and MLMTF concepts to build my own lead capture and so on. However, if there's a way to use MS to achieve good results I would pursue it along side my own system since MS is an excellent product and we all know what Mike Dillard stands for.

So the question is really about how people use MS to create leads and then sponsor those leads into their biz. I'd love to hear the top affiliates share their success stories. That will fire everyone else up! ;)

But the point is people will do what they decide is best from them, trying to force or 'coach' your business unto your prospects can often puch them away to your opposition who lies and patiently waits with open arms.

Think of MS as another income stream to your business and it won't seem so bad.

Hi Alita,

Thanks for sharing. Would you mind describing the process you personally go through to contact your MS leads, and how they eventually join up if the timing and relationship is at the right place to do so?

That's really what I'm after. The question of the effectiveness and confusion of branding someone else (in this case, Mike and MS) to build our own biz came up in many occassions so I thought the successful affiliates that got MS to work for them may be able to shed some light into this topic.

You'll see in my posts that I applied MS and MLMTF concepts and got great results, thanks to Mike Dillard. But I want to see how promoting MS the affiliate product has actually created good sponsoring acitivities for others. Or they see it mostly as another way to make money thru commissions, but not as a way to expand their networking biz.

Again thanks for your openess.

Hi Jerry,

I actually use a great tool called MLM Lead System Pro. This system allows me to brand myself through training others and offer the affiliate link/programs through the training. They basically designed the entire system to self-branding around the concepts use by Mike Dillard.

You can see my website www.successbyx.com for more information - the capture page will be changing soon and adding a video (using a duplicated website) - so I apologise you if have trouble viewing it soon.

Hope this was helpful information

I have not tried MS yet, so I cannot judge it. However, I personally find it easier just to ask a family member, friend and co-worker about their needs and wants. It takes time to build relationships and trust. I have a co-worker whom I just asked a few days ago to attend of our local meetings. If I would have asked him the first day he started work, he probably would have said no.

I think the advantage with something like MS is that at least you know that someone is curious about your business. However, if that person provides information such as telephone number, your goal should not be to add a little water and hope for an instant prospect. There is no magic genie lamp that is going to wash up on the beach for your to rub. It still takes time to develop that relationship. There are too many people who think someone online program is going to make it more comfortable by avoiding the reality of building trust and rapport.

The internet has not always been around. Watch the movie "My Name is Bill" starring William H. Macy. Bill (a real person and still with us today) had to endure door slam after door slam in his face. However, Bill who was mentally challenged, never gave up and developed a rapport with his customers. He went on to become the top salesman in his company. The great leaders in our industry such as Mark Yarnell, Jim Rohn, Zig Ziglar, and many others did not have the internet to build their downlines. They did it and still do it, the old fashioned way. They do face to face relationship building and do not look for the easy way.

Hm... I appreciate and agree with what you shared. I personally have done it the "old fashioned" way and did it with a decent amount of success. However, if we dissect what MS is about it's not an "easy" way out. All the prinincples of the gurus and masters you mentioned obvious have stood the test of time and are prominently reflected in writing in Magnetic Sponsornig (the book).

This thread is really for the purpose of allowing those that want to properly use MS to build relastionships with more people and expnd their business eventually when the timing is right. Asking friends and family will go so far and most of us have experienced. MS is about those beyond our immediate social circle.
