I would be a bit careful around new companies that are just starting out, they may not have the integrity needed to be thinking of your best interest. Give it a few more years and see if it is stable enough and if they treat the workers good enough. Always read their policy and procedures very carefully, ask questions such as "Is the system duplicate able, do they have mentors and coaches that cares for you, how many people do you need to make 10 000 USD pr month in residual income, can you retire from it and still make money." Go deep and be patient when it comes to selecting a company to join as it should be as if in a marriage there should be only one in your life and be All In in everything you do with the Company, likewise should the Company be All in with you.

Do your due diligence, and find out when they are having their pre-launch campaign in the US, then join! In the meantime you could be finding out more about the people running the company and their track record as well as building your team, so you can hit the ground running when it touches American soil! thanks to all the advice. I personally know one of the co-founders. and my uncle is one of the top distributors. The company is called Alliance in Motion Global. Their product is vitamins.

Now aside from that, I'm not gonna wait until they come here to start working.

So thanks to your advice i'm gonna establish myself as an expert.
Build a list and build my relationship with them, so that when the company does open here in the US i'll be able to have a hot list of leads to join the company.
