I admire Ray Higdon - always have

Postby Joyce Penner on Tue Aug 07, 2012 7:41 am

Don't know the guy personally. Never met him. But I've watched him.

And when he says something it's worth listening to:

I have had the pleasure of hanging out with multi-millionaires in the Network Marketing world as well as the online affiliate marketing world and it is apparent to me that the true masters are the ones that have built teams and leaders within Network Marketing. These are the ones that have created massive passive incomes that come in month after month without them ever even knowing what a product launch is. - Ray Higdon's recent blog post

Is he right or wrong? And does that make you stop and think about what you're doing?

As Ray said, you cannot serve two masters.

I have yet to come across a seven-figure earner in the industry that did not focus on one business at a time.

Of course Ray is right Joyce. Come on now, let's get real (which most don't and keep failing and think it's ok to keep working with very unrealistic and failing sales and marketing strategies) He's done what most haven't, and most never will, make a more than full time living in this industry, and then some.

I think I saw somewhere where he mentioned making between 40 - 50K a month. That is huge to say the least, and even most of the people making a full time living in this industry are not even close to that amount of cash flow a month from my research.

First off - correct me if I'm wrong - but many are overlooking the fact Ray probably recruited just about everybody here on BN that is in Numis Network and MLSP. If not the majority, most of the leaders and people that are up and coming leaders.

So what does that tell you? It speaks volumes and it's crystal clear and exactly what Ray said. Why do people try to complicate it more? Let's put it this way; your blogging, article marketing, PPC, forum posting and any and all marketing is a means to and end. How many leads, good prospects, and sales did you make at the end of the day? None, and this goes on for months and years, and many ask themselves why?

Here's one main reason why: 95% are afraid of public speaking and picking up the phone to make calls consistently to very good prospects day in and day out, and extremely weak at following up and closing. Not just following up by some autorsponder (which most fail to write good enough copy to close that way anyway, or even via their website or blog - not very likely, and likely skipped town:-)

In other words, your so called attraction marketing and branding and all that is worthless if YOU CAN'T CLOSE THE SALE. Period. And again, it comes down to people skills in person and via the phone. Two of the highest levels of communication between human beings and most fail in those two areas big time, so therefore the results, zero to none.

So there you go again Ray for the record, I said you were right again! LOL! - I hate to admit it! Ciao. HF;)
