In every aspect of my life from team sports in highschool to date I have never seen a team become successful when the "leader" uses the "I" word a lot. "We" not "I" won the game. "We" not "I" played really well tonight.

"I'm" doing this, join me and "I'll" mentor you for free, "I" have this great team, "I'm" doing a webinar and you can bring people to it, "I", "I" and more "I"s. Have you noticed that?

And I can't find one single "I" or "i" in team anywhere.

p.s. That's one thing I've never heard Richard Bravo say even once ! He doesn't take the credit for anything, (although by rights he should) everything is the "team" and that's not a good leader that's a GREAT leader.
