Hmmm. I see that the community is split but with the majority thinking that creating your own funnel is better.

Here is another question~~>What can MLSP do to bring back the spark it had when it first launched?

How about if they take a page from Jonathan Budd's book and allowed it's members to create a capture page from scratch?

Can they break their template pattern and give each member control of how they would design their page?

Any thoughts or suggestions to MLSP founders on this subject?

Marty - Jeff, thnx for the feedback guys.

Darren - dude! You're still doing it man. The only reason I'm pursuing this conversation is because I am absolutely baffled at the level of naivety you seem to cling to in your remarks. Given, you appear to be pretty young, so I understand.

But I still don't see how you associate a "positive mindset" to getting a refund on a service I didn't use or want?

I mean seriously - are you telling me that YOU BELIEVE, that if I were to walk into a coffee shop, buy a coffee, walk out and take a sip - and it was cold, that I should THINK ABOUT THE UNIVERSAL IMPLICATIONS it would have on my mind set and the future success of my day - no - my life, before I go back and ask the barista to remake my coffee the right way?

Or that I should PONDER THE NEGATIVE SUBCONSCIOUS IMPLICATIONS I MAY BE PROJECTING before I return a broken gadget to StuffMart?

Are you saying that if I take my son out to get an ice cream and it falls off the cone that I projected that on him, or that he, a 4 year old boy, ATTRACTED that to himself?

OK - if that's what you are saying, then our conversation has nowhere to go, as that type of "tunnel vision" zealousness simply cannot be debated. You have chosen to take a position that defines all human events, occurrences and interactions as being predetermined by ones thoughts no matter how trivial. I'm sorry but I completely disagree with that thinking and I study and implement the exact same principles. Well not exact - you seem to be drawing from a totally different well than I.

And yes, I know, that's your point, you are far more advanced in your understanding of the principles, therefore your enlightenment exceeds my own feeble understanding. Yeah, I read that part already.

So good luck up there - I bet it's a nice view.

Richard,

Very sorry about your problems with MLM LSP.

Your dead on there my man....very well said.

Huge difference between being caught up in a "scam" online vs. getting hosed with poor customer service.

Its simple, you are paying them for a service (or were going to), and one should DEMAND excellent customer service like you are talking about.

If one is a true business owner, ones needs to get a spine and demand that good quality service from people who are there to provide one thing...a service to you.

Thats how it works with real businesses, either you expect the best service, or people WILL walk all over your business.

You know that is all I was driving at Kurt.
This whole conversation got blown way out of proportion, but ultimately it simply comes down to demanding good customer service.

It's funny, I just finished dealing with another company, similar price point per month, that had been charging me 3 times a month and I hadn't caught it yet. Somehow 3 accounts were created, but I was only actively using one. After a couple of days of troubleshooting to figure out what the heck the problem was, they went all the way back to April and refunded the over charges ($282). They'll get my business again in the future and I'll promote them.

In contrast, I'll never use MLSP again and I will never recommend them. And that sucks, because they actually have a great system. But they ruined the customer experience and I will never vouch for them to anyone I know. All over $47 bucks.

I think this is a perfect lesson for all of us. How do you DO business? How do you interact with people you meet? How do interact with leads and prospects? How do you interact with people who say NO? All these people will judge us by the way we treat them. And trust me, BAD PRESS travels fast, far and wide these days. That's why i strongly disagree with the mindset of "Some Will, Some Won't, So What!" It's such a negative and creates an attitude that people are expendable and unimportant to your business.

EVERYONE is important to your business. Whether they DO business with you or not. Consider the 6° of Separation principle. Every person you come in contact with can have an impact to one degree or another on your business.

And really, at the end of the day -
do you really want it getting back to Kevin Bacon that you're a jerk!?

Alright, enough of my rant on this thread. - Peace out everyone!
