No worries most of us have been down that rollercoaster.... I know I have been lol. Now I take better care of my body but for health reasons.... it's not about the way I look anymore... I am married now lol... just joking! No but seriously, in high school I could eat McDonald's every day, the whole day... yuck!!!! After seeing the movie "supersize it" I was so disgusted.... I stay away from fast food restaurants since 2006, If I go to a fast food I order something grilled or a salad, but nothing deep fried, buttered, etc.

Anyways too much about me...you got me talking about the way I eat lol.... keep up the good work & stay healthy... without our health we have nothing

The video is what I am talking about. Damn, it crazy to think how fat I was. I had a 38 inch waist, how I have a 33. Crazzy how alittle lifting weights can do!
