Offend a few and pull the others MUCH CLOSER to you.

yeah..I agree with you Diane...your being bold could sometimes offend others who might not like your idea. It's a common cliche that you cannot please all but it's really true. But being honest and true to yourself by expressing your ideas and opinion is one good courage to inspire others to follow your lead.

Google is right.

I am happy that they are taking action against...companies that have an army of affiliates...selling the same stuff...with Little proof of real results.

I have to confess that finally I got involve in several Mike Dillard's courses (P.P.C. Domination,Copy writing, Traffic 2.0)...after a brief research of the material...I still do not know if I can change my opinion about the quality of this kind of courses...yes....I still do not know.

I can tell this much...I have read your reply about Google and people like Richard Bravo and others praising you for your comment...let me tell you that is ridiculous...you are wrong my friend...Google is doing the right thing.

Even salesmen like Frank Kern are quitting the "selling courses thing"...he is trying to go more ethic and
changing ways to make money with more integrity...he is mentoring business to increase their bottom line for a monthly fee( I would have love to hire him-he invite me- but can not afford his fee) and 15 % of the increase profits...well great for him.

Be well,

Roger The :ugeek:

Frank Kern didn't exactly quit, he was just told nicely to stop what he was doing.

But yes, the affiliate programs have gotten out of control with ridiculous claims of grandeur and automatic setup for failure

.

Right or wrong.
Proper etiquette or not? ....
Controversy and going against the grain sells.

Standing up and standing out is never RIDICULOUS!

Is using the word fuck ... oh my, did I lose some fans? What will become of me - oh dear.
Using the word as part of your regular marketing material the best idea, probably not.
But really - Is this one moment the sum of all things Adam has done in his career culminated into one stupid post. Come on people give me a break!

And for those of you who stand for Google as the good guy ... well, I'm just gonna let you live in your own little world on that one. Everyone is entitled to their opinion, good & bad.

In either case ... look at the trend of this topic. It was posted a week ago and still garnering attention.
I'd say that's pretty slick copywriting on a forum that changes topics every 10 minutes.

Merry Christmas Adam!
Hope you enjoy your 15 minutes of fame bro!

Oh wait, is it not PC to say Merry Christmas anymore? Am I supposed to say "Happy Holidays?"
FBomb that!

Merry Christmas Everyone!

True, but at the same time no one should praise him for dropping the f-bomb. I have never used profanity in business whatsoever and I never will.

As far as Google is concerned, let it be. I don't waste money with Adwords and simply keep content fresh so that it generates organic traffic along with email marketing and articles. Adwords are far overrated and if you don't know how to use them then you'll know how to lose your money

I wouldn't think the shock value of the f-word makes good business sense. It's like a dude walking nude on the street with a "Buy xx brand sausages" board strapped to his neck.

Anyway, just to get direct feedback, I posted a "Fuck MLM" message on Viral Url. I got 10 leads for my non-MLM business. Wonder if there will be conversions...

There lies the problem of conversion rate. I would seriously doubt that this person actually got any conversions from his crude outburst. Leads don't make money, actuals conversions do.

You should always conduct yourself in a professional manner when it comes to doing business because any crude remark you make will effect a clients impression of you

I appreciate the fact that you are anti google for it's actions...good for you. The problem I have with your F*%@ Google is the use of gutter language to draw attention to your comment. As a professional, and I assume that you are, the use of a thesaurus would certainly have been in order as the use of quality language will always draw a quality audience.
Best Wishes to My Network Marketing Friends.
