Hey everyone. after reviewing all the great answers i was provided with on my previous post (questions in need of answers), especially from broz and joz, lol, i have decided that i AM going to join a business on the internet... i wonder how many of your faces lit up with the words 'potential prospect' flashing across your mind then! lol. to be fair, i suppose i am. but i'm not going to spend hours searching the internet for these potential businesses...

I'M USING YOU LOT!

there are a few people on here i trust already, as they have helped my husband immensely and have helped me already. people i'm very happy to call actual friends, not just betternetworker friends. unfortuantely we live in england and they live in america so its not going to 'meeting down the pub' every friday. lol. however, i tell you all this on the simple fact that i go with people i trust... that could have sounded wrong but you know what i meant.

so in this post i want people to show me - what it is you do; how long you have been doing it; if there are different levels of joining, which would you recommend and why; the compensation plan; why you think it would be a good opportunity for 'me'; why YOU chose it in the first place.

as i am a potential prospect to all of you, like i have already said, i go with people i trust. as i have some saving to do anyway, i am giving all you successful business owners 6 weeks until i decide which business to go for. to some of you that may seem a lot, but when its a business that i am considering to do the rest of my life and be 100% dedicated to, 6 weeks is nothing to me.

also in the 6 weeks, this time gives you the opportunity to get to know me better, if you haven't 'connected' with me, please feel free to do so, as i'm completely and brutally honest when i say if you are my future mentor, I LIKE TO KEEP IN TOUCH! i hate companies where they use you and drop you, because lets face facts, some people just want your money, and don't really care if you succeed or not. I CAN TELL WHO THEY ARE WHEN I COME ACROSS THEM!

make sure you understand, that in my saying 6 weeks, this does not mean stick a note up for 6 weeks time and bombard me with your businesses. that will NOT WORK! i will simply reply with 'too little too late'. even if your opportunity is amazing, i will refuse it on the basis that you couldn't give me the time of day to get to know me... and it will show your only interested in my money.

also, i want it to be understood, that if you think i am taking more of an interest in someone else to you, DON'T BE SILLY. i will consider each and everyone of you personally, professionally and equally.

as a personal favor to those who want it, i will also give feedback on what i am shown to those who show it me. however, will only do this when asked to. be sure to know i am brutally honest when it comes down to giving feedback.

can't wait to start reviewing all the opportunities and making great friends.

p.s - i may even join 2 businesses... keep that in mind.
p.p.s- unfortunately i will NOT be joining MyInternetBusiness, purely on the basis that it is the company my husband is with, and i don't want to be in competition with him. Not because he's better, not because i'm better, but because a marriage should never be competitive in my opinion. However, I have seen first hand all that they offer and it really is PHENOMINAL! (I get to watch my husband on it... hehehehe)

You are a brave lady !! I know I wouldn't want to get swamped with all the responses you are going get.

If I could give you just one piece of advice when you are choosing a company it would be: Make sure the compensation plan is encouraging. In other words do you ever lose out financially because you helped someone in your downline advance? If so, you may decide to help your downline regardless but others in your organization may not. It doesn't drive a behaviour of "helping your team build" and ultimately you will lose. The other encouraging thing to look for is what is the breakage point in the compensation plan. Do you have to have 100 points? 200 points? each week or each month before you get paid? Once you know that you have a more realistic idea of how much you have to do each week or each month to start receiving any income.

Hope this helps you a little bit as you make your decision.

Hello Loz,

First of all, I just want to say congratulations on your decision to pursue mlm in whatever you chose to do.

I thought I'd give you some information about me first. I am relatively new to this opportunity, only been doing it for about a year. I am a Registered Nurse but I quit my full-time job to pursue this opportunity as I saw more room for growth both financially and personally. I am from Ottawa, Canada. My favourite part about network marketing is that the majority of the work is building relationships and meeting people. Seeing people get so excited about his major opportunity and gaining success is definitely the most thrilling part for me.

Before you get started, my biggest recommendation for you is to make sure you get involved in the right company. It needs to be something you are passionate about. I really commend you for doing this. Incredibly smart move to get to know all of your options. With your mindset, I think you will definitely succeed in whatever you chose to do. All you need to do now, Secondly, you need a big WHY, a big reason to do this. For me, I wanted more time to do what I want and more time building relationships with people. Whatever your "why" is, it needs to be big, the bigger the why, the better the results. There are several companies out there, so make sure you pick one that suits you, which ever one you feel the most comfortable is the one you will be most successful in.

to mallory and cynthia. thankyou very much for the kind words. in response to your 'big why', i'd have to say my long dreamt fantasy of pure financial independance, and making sure my husband has the life he deserves. also, i know whichever company i go for i am helping whoever my mentor is. i know people love the feeling when someone below them has succeeded, and i like to provide them with that feeling. i want people to feel proud, in their life, in their businesses and in me. i will take a look at your sites. i take it as the links provided below your posts will take me to them. thanks again guys! loz x

hey sean.. i think thats your name. to be fair, i've never considered anything like this with business. doesn't mean i won't take a look though. at one point i was a lapdancer (until the law changed that to becoming an official part of the sex industry (same level as prostitution), then i quickly said bye to it). i'll have a look at what it is you are offering. i took a quick peek on this site before because someone else on here advertised it. i'll let you know, although in brutal honesty, not really what i had in mind. lol. but i'll be considering it either way. thankyou.

Hello again Lauren, I just seen your other article ealier today. I had to go and help neighbors move and I know today will be a good one for helping. It always makes me feel better in helping somone in need.
Like I mentioned before to find a nutritional company will do the best for you.
What you need to look are the compensation plan. I have found a site that has taken the five main play plans and combined them into one plan. The company is older than the two years old. 98% fail within the first two years. To find a company that has all needs into a company are hard to find. The managemnet team has to be experienced. The products need to be in demand. The comapny I found is in 46 countries and has over 30 products.
