Debs, no one opts in to the "sales pitch". The company CD is a sales pitch. You need a report that helps people solve a problem WITHOUT a sales pitch. it educates them and gets under their radar. Once they understand how the problem can be solved, they will want to buy on their own.

Well, I when I get something from someone who responds back from an ad, I laugh and reply back to "geez you moron" if you had followed my link you'd realize that you should have Mike Dillards bootcamp, then I send them a link.

"Sure, so and so, why do you send me all the literature you've got via mail at my P.O Box right away! Don't send via email because my inbox is full of ridiculous reverse SPAM emails from people trying to sell me their product or business opportunity even though I have zero interest in joining another business whatsoever. I figured if I have them spend their time and money preparing materials that I will never read then hopefully that will eventually teach them a lesson and MAYBE just MAYBE they will do something about how to attract leads to THEM by reading that Magnetic Sponsoring book on Mike's site before it's too late! Don't you agree? Let me know if you still want my PO BOX or a link to download the book"

Hey Shiraz! The truth is they still don't get it, even with the valuable knowledge Mike has provided to them. Or maybe they are just ignorant to their repelling approach.

This very thing has happens to me and I ignore them.

It is a sweet reminder you are on the right track with your business model.

anyway, I maintain communication with people like that and leave my training links, videos, articles, and all my free stuff, Who knows..they might eventually get it. :-)

I think this post should be on top again. It reminds me of what the MS program is all about. We attract by leadership and the sharing of our knowledge. Human nature is to run away from the chase. That holds true in business as well as partnerships and relationships.

Wait until all these people who bought or read the Social Media stuff from Stompernet start spamming the social networking sites.

I find it funny and sad when I see people "pushing" opportunities. The ads literally scream, "please join this so I can make some money....."

Hmmm, sounds like a nice article to write - "Stop Screaming At Me!!!"

We could do a video with the soundtrack "Wake Up" by Rage Against the Machine.

That may be attention-grabbing.

Okay, that's enough poetry (not my strong suit).

I also wanted to let you know that I featured you on my blog this week. One of the posts I read on yours, I snagged. (I left all the personal info and your site address in there. Even included your picture).

I have gotten good feedback about introducing another leader into my articles, so hopefully, some new "enlightened" folks will find their way to you...

Here's something to cheer you up... I have this one guy, gets on EVERY SINGLE LIST I have and waits until he gets the first message (usually the one asking him to confirm his email address). I swear, he must watch everything I do to know when I create a new list!

I finally wrote him back and explained in detail just what I hoped to accomplish, what I offered to teach and asked him point blank if what he was doing was working for him. His answer? Not really.

I offered to help him learn a better way. Still haven't heard back from him, but he hasn't jumped on any new lists of mine either, so maybe...
