Hey everybody! Thanks for taking the time to read my post.

My name is Julie and I'm 19yrs old. This is my first MLM or business venture of the matter. I was wondering if someone can give me some advice. I know the business 100% inside and out and I honestly believe that I can make it with my MLM company, except I've been having so many problems finding distributors and such... mainly because I think the people I talk to think I'm a joke because I'm still very young and did not know anything about business prior to signing up. I came across Mike's Magnetic Sponsoring page about a week ago and have been receiving a free video clip/day. I am interested in moving forward with the program, but I want to make sure that this will actually help me pass this slump I'm going through. Should I move forward with Magnetic Sponsoring? Do you have any tips for me? What should I do to finally make money?!? I really really really want to prove everybody wrong and make some serious money with this opportunity.

Hi Julie
First off, I want to congratulate you on understanding the concept of this great industry. I just wish I was as smart as you when I was your age.

Now for your question!

The advice I can give you is to be very careful were you get your information from. Specially from internet guru's.
I am not saying their information bad or good for that matter. A lot of them are more into selling their info package then actually helping you. Simple matter is this, they still make money whether you succeed or not.

Now a very simple example, if you have a problem with your car, if you take it to the bakery the baker will have a ton of advice for you. Now can that information be more valuable then the information from a mechanic ?

Don't get me wrong some of those guys give good advise but a lot of them don't.
Magnetic sponsoring I think has good information, basically give people a reason to want to work with you. If what they say and it makes a lot of sense.

This industry is not about products it's about people. People will join in to you before they ever think about joining your business. You must add value to people meet them at there needs, you must make it about them.

Your first conversation should not be about your business it should be about them and how you can help them.
Bottom line is you must have a greater purpose then yourself.

I want to congratulate you also on seeing the wisdom of this industry and working for yourself when you are so young.

To answer your question about Magnetic Sponsoring, Mike's training will teach you how to attract others, by learning how to effectively promote yourself first.

It doesnt matter if you are 19 or 79.... the principles apply to everyone and if we really truly believe we have something to offer others and can help them, by learning the proper skills and passing them on to others, we definitely will attract like minded people. We are looking for others who are looking for us.

Mike's course can be the first step for you.

Hello. Your right. I am only 18 years old, and i think it is hard for some people to take me seriously in this indusrty. But people do not care much about age when you are helping them out.

It might make for a tough first impression yes, but i guess age just turns into a number when you are helping a them make money. The words that you say are the same no matter what age you are.

Although I am glad to have someone in this industry that is somewhere around my age (no offense to anyone else . I can't wait to be able to connect with you through the BetterNetworker.

As for Magnetic Sponsoring, I think it is a must read. I read it at least once a day. I'm not trying to sell it to you or anything like that, but I do believe that the information inside can completely change your business.

I know it did mine. It will make you feel on the top of the world. It just changes you. And no affiliate links here. That is my true opinion.

Yes, read it. Read Magnetic Sponsoring, then get paper and read again to see exactly what you understood. Read again, to REALLY know what it is saying.

I think what you need help in is first to see where you want to go.

Then when you know, be able to apply magnetic sponsoring and knowing what to do through each step. There are certain things you need right and these can be sorted out. It will take some work, learning too, but if you're really serious, it can be done and you find hope, and also later result too.

I understand where you are coming from but not from age but from the fact, that all my brothers and sisters, all have degrees, all CEOs, or directors of companies and I didn't have any studying qualification, back then, and still don't, and other host of things, but I am way ahead of them today.

Personally, I didn't get MS until I found someone, who had more videos than just MS and the MS book. But they did have their own Videos that showed me how to apply, and then we talked on phone, bouncing ideas, and so on. That's the thing that really helped me in past. Videos that they created after using Magnetic sponsoring.

From these, I began to see more of Attraction Marketing is in action, how to apply it to my MLM business, what to do through each step. I realised I went about it wrong way years back, and saw that it's not about products and company but looking at..

1. Who my target audience is.
2. What do they need right now.
3. Create a site where I provide free content and this content can be ebook, audio, 7 days free training, and it is based on their immediate need, that they are so frystrated about and need a solution.
4. And making sure when they do get the content, I have their details - email, name and telephone.
5. Where to lead them

And..

A) This time, I haven't chase them but they have seen a link, or they've seen an article, or they saw my blog which has a link that grabbed their attention.

B) They have also invited themselves by click on the link to be hit again with a headline, that reveals their problem first. And this hits them hard. Then I widen the gap even more on this headline to ease the pain, for them to now be curious.

For me to do this, I had to learn somethings Julia. It was constant learnt and applying. And also, changing as well, from being a person who procrastinates, to a disciplined warrior who acts all the time.

I had to take a step back and really ask serious questions like these..

1. Who my prospects are. No, really, who?
2. What are their needs, what is really hurting them, what solutions they need.
3. Have I got the answer, can I help them? If no, then I invested in time to learn, apply, test and have that value, and result, so I can help them.
4.Now I share this knowledge and grab their attention with free content.
5. When they prospects are attracted to the free offer I am giving, there is a vital question to ask...

What is it am you want to achieve in the long run?
Where are you leading your prospect to?
Can you see the full picture from A to B so you can get these things ready.

You see what I'm saying Julia.

Just start but also..
Make sure you understand, you'll need to apply the full works in the future. You have a plan, a strategy in place, a step by step idea, that you can test things out.

But do start with small steps! Talk to people here, test what you've learnt. BN is your working ground to test, apply and learn.

It doesn't take much to start mate. Just fear stops many people.

Fear what someone says. Fear of all that bs on "who is an expert and who shouldn't be," and fear on what you get it wrong, and all the usual stuff where I say, "who cares." Just do it and to heck what someone thinks.

My advise Julia, is take your time mate to think what I said and the questions. Take your time as well here, to read and learn Magnetic Sponsoring. If you haven't bought it yet, do me a favour..

Get it from a link of someone who has not just got the book but has other support for you. Who has applied, who has created, who has done it, who can help you through each step and who asks, exactly where you want to go.

And that success is really going to be on you. One can only be guided. No one can promise you success.

WOW thanks so much! Reading this has already motivated me =) I just want to be a self made millionaire by the time I'm 23!

My situation is that I moved away from the city that I originally got started in to go to school, so my whole upline is not living in the same city as I am. This makes my life so difficult because I am never motivated to work. Nobody is pushing me to work, I have no support (besides for phone calls at 1am) and no physical proof of any successes when I talk to people.

I will probably purchase the rest of Magnetic Sponsoring after my 7th day of the bootcamp series. It's something I can study while im in school.

One question... if I follow MS, wouldn't my new leads/distributors be all over the world? How would I support them... I haven't done anything outside of what I've been taught in acn so, this is ALL new to me.

No worries mate. We all been there. It's the place to start and a great place to begin. You'll be fine.

It's like how you create a movie. You find out a great script that will inspire your audience. You get that script to a tea and do some writing for the characters. You even include the stage in that script.

You now create the movie and then you edit.

Ever thought how you really educating the world by just that movie.

Imagine now, you got the movie, you'd want it shown through out the world for people to watch? Where would you put this movie for all people around the world to watch?

1. Youtube.
2. Your blog and video is there.
3. You have a form people to fill in to recieve more news of the movie and it's called
4. You got a forum and all your prospects, team visit and watch the movie.

"The 5 Magic Steps To Making Your Own Movie, Even When Your Under A Budget.."

They fill in form and now the people recieve emails and you got 10 videos on how to create a movie.

You see where I am getting at?

The internet is a powerful world and you can learn to build a site where your team can learn from you, and they can recieve information from you with value by email. They can read your blog posts. They can chat to you on skype. You can bring them all into one conference call.

You can with an email send them all to your blog and walla, they watch you, they hear you, they learn and in their own time.

They can learn while you are asleep because the internet is 24/7 a day.

So the how is no problem. First grasp the knowledge, understand it and move from there.

They can go to a page and they see a course on Mastermind Coaching because you've learnt now how to build, do this etc. So they choose which package they want and pay, and learn.

That's what I am doing now, a site for training the team. I even created pages somewhere else, to provide training and people pay, on what they choose.

There is so many ways of doing it and it's freakin awesome!

So there you have it. The internet and then with the phone, email, or skype, or live online meeting, you got the high tec to the high touch, sorted.

Hi Julia congrats! Find a mentor in your company and talk to them daily. Utilize the public library and read books about your industry. Definitely get MS and continue to ask questions. This BN community is exactly what you need to stay the course.

Welcome to the wonderful world of network marketing Julia.

It is very possible to make tons of money in this industry that is why i have made it my passion because i love this industry to no end.

The main thing i want to say to you Julia is that don't over focus on your mlm company because you will only be trying to find people to join your business and most of the time people just aren't committed enough to commit to a company.

It's not you it's just maybe there not in the right time in there life to commit to a business right now.
There out there but it's pretty hard to find them and most of the time there opportunity seekers, not really in it for the long hall.

What i suggest you do Julia is learn how to build a list and monetize that list, the list should be your business because you can market to them for the rest of time.
You need a capture page.
You need a autoresponder, a autoresponder is the back bone of any network marketer it takes so much work out of the whole business.

You then need to learn how to drive traffic to your capture page and get them to opt- in to your list.

There are lots of ways to drive traffic to your capture page some free and some paid.

Remember though Julia that this is a learning process treat it like university or something because believe me when you graduate this university you will make tons more cash then most of the graduate from a real university.

You need to find the right training and keep that fire inside wanting to succeed.
It's got a lot to do with mindset Julia, Be positive and forget all the negative people around you they will steal your dreams.
