Knowing absolute truth isn't arrogant if it is proven absolute.
Many of the problems in modern society today are a direct result of shunning absolute truths.
Anything goes... as long as I don't hurt someone else. Which often times has a trend of hurting someone else; either by direct negligence, or by indirect ignorance.
We all feel a degree of uncertainty at some point or another.
Allowing it to germinate and grow is where it becomes debilitating.
It negatively affects your performance if you let it fester.
The seed of doubt is inevitable - yes.
Just don't let it germinate and grow.
