What do you say to people to pique their interest and take a look at your business opportunity? I have a few.
1. Hey Bob, remember you told me 2 months ago your mortgage bill went up? Well if I could show you a way to save money and get paid teaching others do the same would you be interested at some information I’ll shoot over to you?
2.Hey Sarah, I have a question for you, if there was I way I could show you how to get free service and get paid teaching others do the same would you be interested at taking a look at something?
3. Hey, you know I can get you that cell phone service for free?
The more simple the better.
What's yours?
Cheers,

Hi Erika,
I use something very similar to your No.1.
For example: Hey Sandy, Remember last time you mentioned that your husband was stressed about the downsizing of his company? How is the situation now?
I have one that I commonly use - third party - asking for referral.
Hey, Tom, I am excited about our company's Asia Pacific expansion project. I know you have a lot of Chinese friends. Do you happen to know anyone who might like to check this out?
I would love to hear from others and know other variation too:)

Hi Erika,
I often use number 1 but instead of "I could show you a way", mine is "guess what I found out, I found this great opportunity that I believe will solve your problem.. which time do you prefer tomorrow 12 or 5?"
It's been effective for me.. it's like minimizing their option of saying "NO"..
I hope this helps..

This is my Peek of interest that I learned from one of the top networkers on the planet and it works for me 100% of the time to get the prospects email warm market or cold.
Hello Erika hope all is well. Can you do me a favor ? (wait for response)
Who do you know that is looking to make some extra money right now ? (wait for response)
Well this may or may not be for you but whats your email address so I can send you over the information so you can feel comfortable referring me over to some people that you think this can help. Whats your email address ?
Thank you so much, I'm going to send you over the information right now. Think of some people that you think this can help. If you have any questions let me know. Have a blessed day.

Re: What do you say to people to pique their interest?
1. Become the most valuable in the community one lives in or one associates themselves in. For example, a networker wanted to get lots of prospects from music industry. So, I advised him to stop pratting about with such gimmicks and contact all the record labels in london.
Before he goes to them - to ask artists exactly what their challenge is which was as I expected. There was a lack of understanding of how to get the interest of record labels to sign up to them. He took the questions and interviewed the small labels first.
Then this got the interest of Major record labels and interviewed them.
What happened?
Because he associated himself with the biggest players in the industry, because he shared valuable knowledge and sold it too,the word got out.
The word was...
"Man, this guy knows some very important people, and knows a lot about the industry. I want to know this guy and be part of what he does."
2. Do the same in Network Marketing and don't think the big players will not want to be interviewed, filmed but do it so their interviews is not an optin. Rather, it is on your blog straight away and leverage it.
Send the lead to that platform and let MARKETING do the talking.
3. This technique can be applied to ANY networking business or business idea. Give strategically before taking and stay way from these tactics.
You don't need to pique prospect interests by such tactics but rather, become valuable in that industry, in the market niche/community and lead the prospect to the marketing.
Let the marketing do the talking.
Times have changed.
People can see exactly what you're trying to do by using such tactics, and their walls will go up. This is not 1970's or 1990's.
This is 2012 AND your prospect right now is reading these tactics you are sharing.
They are not stupid?
They are equipped with the social media tools, they share what tactics the industry use and what they hate. They are ready for you when you use these tactics.
Become valuable in your market and become one of the leading providers because when you do...the prospect will work VERY HARD to pique YOUR interest to teach them, and they pay you to do so!
