You know there is a funny thing about belief! If you don't believe it works, you simply won't give it the same kind of attention as you do with belief, even a small belief is better than none at all!

I think the reason this happens with some individuals is because they begin their business with a lack of real committment and faith. You must remember your "why" and not become side tracked by other things. Most of all they must be coachable and surround themselves with like minded individuals, those individuals who are truly dedicated and maintain their focus, those who are getting the job done. My parents always told me that "Anything worth having is worth working for" and I do believe that. Thomas Robert Gaines said, "It is good to dream, but it is better to dream and work. Faith is mighty, but action with faith is mightier".

I am not sure whether that is really true but what I know for sure you can give the same set of steps to two different people and they don't necessarily get the same results. Why is that? There are some key things I think that do affect it.

1 - What you think about it does matter! I have seen people join me in my network marketing and they sort of go through the motions but they don't have any faith.
2 - It takes a lot of commitment, it is not an over-night success thing ever! I know that all of the real people that are building a big business have gone through a process and it took a lot of commitment to get there (including me).
3 - They forgot the cultivation part of the process. Farmers always understood this. But today everyone wants to just do a little and get the results, it just doesn't work that way!

Faith , it's all about how much faith that person has . If you don't believe in what your doing how can you succeed ?

actually Jacob, I used to spend a huge amount of energy there, but if they cannot find a way to motivate themselves they will never take off. I make myself available for questions, but I never push rope up a hill.

Good points, Lynda. Without belief, you will never take the first step. Sometimes, I call it faith, too.

I think many people fail because they don't believe in themselves, not because they don't believe in the business model.
