You have to also remember that you always first have to build a relationship with others. Because they have to know, like and trust you. I just ordered the book called the Speed Of Trust last Sunday after listening to a training call on it the night before. The main idea of that call was that people will follow you as far as they trust you. If they do not trust at a point they will stop following you.

If people can not trust you to help them out they will say that "I didn't ask you for your help" right there. So you have to be street wise and know who needs it and who doesn't.

It is true that if you help enough people get what they want, you will in turn get what you want, which means find out peoples Wants and Needs and provide an answer or a solution to their problems, which in turn will get you what you want, what we all want, Success Online.

Thank you all for the book suggestions. I have added them to my list of books to read. Yes, I too agree with the term "Pay It Forward" and I also agree with the "Law of Attraction". I believe that we initially have been put here on Earth to help each other as we're all connected. I've taught my 8 yr old daughter these very things. How you treat others will come back to you 10 fold. Good or bad. It's just how life works. You also have to do it without expecting anything in return. It's called being a decent human being. I think what people lose sight of is there is a larger reward just knowing that you've helped someone out who needed it. Being kind to others isn't that hard and IT IS very rewarding. Yes, having money to provide for a simpler life is, I'm sure, everyone's ideal goal, but speaking as a person who lived through a 3 1/2 month coma and coding 3 times....I tend to look at life differently now. It's not all about what you get while you're here. It's about leaving your legacy behind when you're gone. Who you've impacted and honestly helped along the way. None of the material things you can take with you. Granted, I do want my family provided for when I do finally leave, but I want to be remembered for so much more than that, because the material things can be gone in a heartbeat as well. No matter what you're goals are in life, think about how you would want things presented to you and how desperatly we want the truth, always! That is how you reach people. That's how you get them to trust you because you don't know any other way to be than trustworthy. Know your stuff, know your product. Don't over exagerate and lie to get a sale. These are people you are going to have a life long partnership with, so always start out honest and your loyal team will always be there. May God continue to Bless us all. ;o)

How about helping people because it's the most empowering thing you could do. Never mind about what results it can get you. You do it because you are inspired by watching people succeed. It's a very different mindset than helping people get what they want so that you can have what you want.

They both work but for me living my life faithfully with the desire of helping others without any concern of getting what I want I find that prosperity shows up all around me.

I agree, as leaders our legacies cannot be about us they have to be about what we did for others. My greatest joy comes from seeing people I lead achieve results they had never achieved before. Great leaders focus on improving others and they do so by developing strong relationships and through those relationships develop an understanding of what motivates, inspires the individual. They ask questions that uncover desires, needs and frustrations.

In Zig Ziglar's book "Secret of Closing the Sale" he teaches us that we are responsible for taking care of our customers.
We have to learn how to understand what they want, and help them get it. Satisfied customers are loyal and repeat customers.
