Maybe I'm missing something... I was in a car accident about 6 weeks ago and haven't done anything on my nerve center since then. Was in a lot of pain, but I've been watching the videos on setting up my nerve center. I have a few questions that if anyone could help would be great.
1) What are the themes you are using. I can't find one that I really like. I've set-up many of the widgets and plug-ins, but when i change themes to see what it looks like its all messed up.
2) How do you put the comments box on the bottom of every post with the name and email a mandatory field?
3) How do you set-up the pop-up when you click out of the website?
I know I can research all of this, but I have read many posts around here and see that there is a lot of experts that are very willing to help out. Any instructions would be very helpful.
I love the content in TF2, but some of the minor steps were excluded when they did the setting up the nerve center module.
BTW, I am buying a new camera this weekend since my last one was damaged in the accident.
Thank you,
Adam Braithwaite

Re: Help with my nerve center? 3 questions...
Hi Adam
Glad you're doing ok.
There are a lots of themes to choose from for WP. That's one of the reasons it's so popular. Unfortunately every theme has it's own built in settings and sometimes these conflict with other plugins you may be using. If you set them up to work with one theme, and then change themes... the result is often that your site is messed up. You can try getting the theme test drive plugin which allows you to work on setting up a theme and seeing what it looks like while your visitors see the original theme. Alas, the only answer is to keep trying. Find a theme you like and stick with it.
Comments - go to the settings tab on your dashboard and click on the 'discussions' tab.
Setting up the pop up will depend on what pop up script you are using. Should come with instructions but as i don't use one I can't really help you out on this one.

Thank you so much for that info Susan! It is a huge help! I am going to work on my nerve center today and make those changes.
If anyone else knows of a good theme they want to recomend, please post a comment. Also, if you can recomend a good pop-up that you like, I would really appreciate it!
Thank you again for your help Susan!

Susan - I like you allready
I just love it when people use images to help others, it really simplifies things!
Great content, too.
Adam,
Hey man sorry for your accident man, nice to know you are ok mate.
Given your super-awesome name, I just got to help you In anyway I can
So for your first question - themes:
I use snowblind. It's kinda dark and shady, but I think it works beautifully with lighty messages because of the contrast effect. Check it out tell me what you think - http://www.NetworkMarketingGuild.com
Another theme I had my eye on is the titan. just search it under:
your dashboard
appearance
add new themes
insert search
your second has been answered ( quite nicely I may add)
your third question - pop up opt-in when you exit the site:
You set it up with your auto responder service. Just contact their support they will surely help.
Ok man hope I've helped!
Have a good day, tell me if there is anything else you need!
And remember:

One of the themes I've used is Thesis. It's really awesome. Great SEO customization.
Only drawback is that it costs some money and once you get it you still really need someone
to design it for you which could be an extra few hundred dollars.
I think it's worth it just because of what it does with the backoffice. Makes it way smoother.

Hey Adam
I just stumbled on to this post. Now that you have your new Nerve Center the only thing I think that MLMMVP doesn't cover is your pop up exit form. You can set that up with GetResponse.
Contacts- create new webform- give it a name- choose pop up instead of inline and then follow the rest of the steps in GR. After you will add it to the code in your Nerve Center.
Let me know if you need any help with your new kick a** NC!
Cheers

Hi my friend,
I have one quick answer for the exit pop-up. I have been trying OptiPop plugin, pretty easy to use. You can check out the plugin page :

Try it, let me know how you like it.

Susan you are definitely an asset to this site. There are certainly more questions when using wordpress and hostgator together. I'll see how theme test drive works, because I have installed themes with error and warning codes. --- Always Testing----

Re: Help with my nerve center? 3 questions...
Don't forget to grab Jeff Johnson's free SEO plug in. Many top marketers use it--or his paid membership site upgrade. It's on his Underground Marketing Blog. They say it takes you to the top of the search engines fast, especially if you did everything else right. I have not turned it on yet, because I want to write some more posts, and I am not happy with my theme. I am following SEO 20/20 instructions, and sometimes they take for granted that you know the details also. Things change on Hostgator, or somewhere else and the video is not updated. I guess there is just a lot to learn. I watched a video of a guy making a stop pop-up. I am sure I could make one for an opt-in box, in about 6 hours. I bet Rent-A-Coder would charge less than $30--for an hours worth of work. OK, just thought about a site. InternetBusinessTutorials.com has 23 Videos free--after you run through the OTO's. They have videos of making a float-in Opt In, an offer page, redirect etc. I left my Affiliate link off, just for you. Luv Ya !
