Lightbox supports fade in, appear from left, from right, from top and from bottom and you can adjust how many seconds you want that opt in to appear. Also you can set it to appear once, appear always and display every x days. It converts better then exit pop up. Popup domination plug in supports exit pop up but like what Ive said when you go into its settings, your wp freezes and it really sucks. Ive bought it at $37 and now they're selling it at $77. But aweber lightbox works better and its free. If you want to outsource it I only charge $10 for the set up.
