Hey guys,
The title kinda says it all,
I have the "I'd love to connect with you on"
on my nerve center, and I want to design it. How do I do it?
This is the url

Thanks alot!
Oh one more thing,
After every post there is a list of the tags there. How can I make it go away?

Hey Adam!
What (specifically) do you mean by "design it?"
Odds are you're going to need to do some basic html/css editing. If you are just looking to center the buttons, I'd give them all equal horizontal padding so that they are all the same distance apart, and then wrap them all in a container which you can then center in the widget.
If you want to change the appearance of the "I'd love to connect with you on..." title, you'll need to replace that background image with one that looks the way you want.
As far as removing the tags from your posts, you'd have to go into your themes files and delete the code that is displaying them. The WordPress template tag you're going to be looking for is the_tags()
I don't know how comfortable you are with code, so if that sounded like a lot of Greek, or if you need more hands-on help, feel free to PM and I'd be happy to help you out.
