Market research problem - only Swedish ads on Google

So, my problem is: Since I live in Sweden, I can only see ads aimed for the Swedish market. (Which is very small, comparatively...) Is there a way to change the settings so I can see ads for any country?

Problem solved. At first, I was automatically redirected from Google.com to Google.se, hence the problems. On Google.com, there is no location option (at least not for me).
