Hey guys,
I'm working on my nerve center, and I got some problems that weren't covered in the course
1 - connecting my nerve center with facebook, Better Networker, Twitter, Hub pages - etc.
2 - When I publish a topic, on the homepage it publishes all the article. how can I make this "Read More" thing?
I've changed the "Reading" settings to daisplay only summary. What is wrong here??
3 - Where do I get the signature of the "better networker" valid?
Thank you guys!!
Adam

Re: Need help setting up my nerve center
Thanks a lot man!
Do you see that question a lot? Because I have wasted hours trying to fix this, and my guess is many others have too. Do you want to publish this piece of information? I would, but the credit is all yours so I'm asking you first. What do you say?
Again a million thank yous,
Adam Goldman

Re: Need help setting up my nerve center
Hey Adam
Explaining the process of putting the links to your profiles on social media sites can be a little daunting process, especially when considering writing it all out.
So I recorded a video for you last night instead.
However, it seems I reached my quota (?) for the amount of videos I can upload here, and no matter what workaround process I tried, I just couldn't do it.
Perhaps someone would be kind to help me out with the "embed" code, here at BN?
In the meantime, I decided to upload the video to my server so you can at least download it and watch it on your computer. It's 16 minutes long, and it guides you through the process of how I did it for my Nerve Center step-by-step.
Right-click the following link and choose "Save" or "Download", depending on your platform:
http://www.bigpixelimages.com/better_networker_stuff/insertingbuttons.mp4
(there I go mispronouncing the word "address" once again
)
Cheers!

Re: Need help setting up my nerve center
Hey Adam
There are some great plugins that will help you with the feeding to Twitter, facebook and other social networking sites.
Sociable is a great one and so is Tweetmeme. I have both on my site. Makes it easier for readers to share my info and I use them as well to post on my sites.

I hope those help.

Hi Adam,
For question #1 I use OnlyWire.com's plug-in. It is similar to Sociable in a way, I just have gotten used to OnlyWire. You'll decide which one suits your taste.
for the other questions, I believe you already got the answers.
Cheers,
Geoffrey
