Newbies Going Through TF2 - Speak Up!

Postby Jackie Hall on Tue Aug 04, 2009 9:01 pm

I'm as new as they come to network marketing and jumped on the chance to get in on TF2 at the great pre-launch price...and i'm so glad I did!
Not only am I new to network marketing but know NOTHING about computers and the 'information highway'. This course has taught me so much so far! And, so far, it makes so much sense.
The Market Discovery is something I wouldn't have thought about and would never have known how to do. And I've launched my Nerve Center!! I did it!!!! I was so excited when it finally all came together!! Yes, I let out a loud WOOHOO! :) It wasn't easy, but GoDaddy helped me with questions I had and it all came together.
It's been challenging and frustrating, but I'm learning (and learning from the best). I'm learning how to build my business the smart way. I'm so excited about this entire process! And, I'm so proud of myself :) I'm proud for actually "going for it" and purchasing the course and for taking these steps to improve myself both personally and financially.

So, are other newbies out there as pumped as me about this whole process? Do you find the instructions easy to follow? What are your thoughts about it?

I'd love to hear what others that are new to network marking think about it.

Seasoned network marketers can chime in too if you'd like :) I'd like to hear your opinion too. Is the course EASY for you? What we are doing is a new concept (I do believe). What are your thoughts?

This course is amazing.

I just have a few personal problems with it so far:

1. It's moving WAY too slow, but this has always been my problem - I see why it's set at this pace, and I understand it - just for my own personal likings, I'd like it to be faster paced.

2. they aren't going through enough step by step, which in videos would be annoying, so once again I understand why they do what they do. it probably wouldn't hurt to have step by step widget setups in the supplemental materials however.

ie: how to add a fancy border around your optin (aka the graphic of the magazine and arrow), exactly how to set up certain widgets, and optins. I myself was able to do this, but only because I know exactly where to research to find answers to my questions. I feel sorry for inexperienced computer/internet users. But the truth is out there.... Just, and I do hate this term "Google It".

I think this is a brilliant system overall for beginner to experienced. What's funny, is I truly thought of myself as a beginner when I signed up for this course. The more I learn and watch, and help other users - the more I am becoming encouraged to see I'm slightly ahead of the pack.

I've always been the type to help others, so if anyone needs help...... just ask! lord knows a few people already have! lol.

I like the course. General enough to learn from but I'm waiting for more meat.

I want to learn how to drive more traffic, convert higher, and retain longer.

More will come. I learned alot of TF1

Thanks for the input guys!

I agree Shane, it would be helpful if they would go into more detal about how to make our nerve centers look good. The pace is good for me...gives me time to play with what I've learned. I've changed my theme & headline and content so many times! I've worked on it quite a bit since you helped me...thanks again!
I've learned how to do a lot from "Googling it" :) As I've said before, I knew NOTHING about computers!!! I didn't even know what a domain name was!!! I feel a great sense of accomplishment so far, but as was stated...how do we get traffic there? I was going to publish my new site on my social media accounts, but it's not done and I don't want people to come there and not come back because it "sucks" excuse my boldness.
Oh, as for traffice...if anyone is interested...I've been using a 'click' service called TrafficSwarm. It's free or you can pay to upgrade to Pro. The cost is reasonable and sometimes they have specials where you can buy double the amount of 'clicks'. I've gotten leads and sales from using this.

=====> A Swarm of Traffic to Your Site <=====

Targeted prospects will swarm your site 24/7! Just 5 minutes to set-up, it's automated, "viral" and proven - and best of all it's FREE! http://www.trafficswarm.com/go.cgi?877486

I've just started looking in the world of network marketing. I have so many ideas though, but sometimes it can be very overwhelming!
It's going to be so cool to see how our nerve centers evolve!!

you can target it down to just the US, or worldwide. not bad. especially for the price.

Shane-
I've used many of these services... Are you using it just for the hits to boost traffic numbers or are you actually getting conversions from this traffic source?

In my experience these bulk traffic providers are great for the spikes, but convert at -100%.

Care to elaborate on your experience?
Thanks man.

I'm going through the course right now, and I think it's great!

A lot of it I have learned through other educational material. But I'm still learning many new tactics to improve my business. So far it looks like an all in one solution to teach all of us every aspect of the business. I agree that it could go a little faster. But we all learn at a different pace, so I understand. Especially if people are still trying to get their blogs up and running. That can take some time.

But other than that I think it's great and I love how there are resources included instead of just theories.

Good job Mike.
