I'm jealous buddy! That site look 10000000000000000 times better! holy cow. Well done sir. Looks real nice. My initial feel is definitely comfortable. My only suggestion so far, with minimal exploration - is that you need a subtitle something that makes your site stand out, beside your main upper left header graphic. Fill in that extra real estate!

Thanks man. Im working on my tag line. Hard to decide on what to put there. Also working on the pop up when they try to leave.

You should check with these guys for your subtitle copy. I'm not affiliated with them in any way, but I've heard they're good.

Hi...this is for you Dan

I have a few pointers for you. Mike has said that we must have our opt-in box above the fold...in other words you should not have to scroll down at all to see it.
Move the opt-in box above the Recent Posts, Categories and Archives widget.

You should probably change the word "Subscribe" to something else. It does not appear that you are offering them a subscription to anything so that would just be confusing for people.

You should remove any affiliate widgets. This is your hub and also your capture page and you don't want anyone getting distracted and being sent off to another site before they have actually entered their information in your opt-in form. They will likely not find their way back to you if that happens.

As you have noted, some of your widgets are not aligned. I had the same problem when I was placing the betternetworker badge on my site. It took me a while to get the answer but here it is:

To centre a widget..... when you are looking at the HTML code put this at the start <center> and you have to put this at the end </center>, then save it and voila, everything will be centered.
