Since I cannot receive a refund for this course, I decided to go ahead and give it another shot.

I'm on the above-referenced video, but I'm stuck on "Permalink Settings". It doesn't work for me. How do I get the "custom structure" to work so I don't have my URL with question marks and equal signs? The guy in the video went by that step way too quickly.
