So I bought a copy of the program and all of the "resource" links are dead. getmlmresults.com and dillardrecommends.com are both dead. Is this content posted else where?

If you click on the *Products* link in your back office, the resources and bonuses offered should be behind the link to each product you own. One note though, if you purchased the product(s) before the BetterNetworker.com site was built, you will have to submit a support ticket to get your products re-listed there.

Yeah, I actually had that issue with the "products I own" not showing. They figured out that it was because I actually had 2 different purchase histories using 2 diferent first names (Steve, Stephen).

Customer service did a heck of a job correcting it. Couldn't be happier.

General response time on a support ticket was within a 24 hour time frame or less.

I actually wouldn't mind knowing what service Mike is using for CS for my own personal use later on down the road here.
