I am on information overload right now... I've read Magnetic Sponsoring twice, went through Blackbelt Recruiting, read Building on a Budget, and just signed up for Traffic Formula 2.0 when they accepted more students in last week. Did all the modules and have been working on my nerve center.

The problem is... as I'm building the nerve center what should I be doing aside from designing it? What should I be focusing on before I launch the site?

That saying is so true about "a confused person does nothing". I mean I know once I actually let my mind settle from all the info I've put into it the last few weeks I will do fine. Once I'm taught how to do something I usually learn everything I can to perfect it. But I still feel a bit overwhelmed transitioning from doing networking the old school way, to transitioning to doing it online. Before I read magnetic sponsoring I never even considering going about doing it this way, which is a shame cause I'm an online junkie haha. Guess I never had that "ah ha" moment until I read MS.

So what do some of you veteran networkers suggest I do in the mean time while I'm building my nerve center and waiting for the next module in Traffic Formula? Do I start building content to put on the site? Do I market the site before it's fully ready? If so.. how?

What to do before you launch?

I'd spend a lot of time on studying your target market and preparing content for it. Get specific and narrow in on a niche. Avoid being too general like being a typical "network marketing coach" like most other people are trying to do.

It's no good having just a website and having people look around and just leave. So you don't just want to put up stuff that you want to write about, you want to put up content that can help people in your target market.

Use the Google Keyword Tool as instructed in Module for ideas.

The idea of the nerve center is to get people on your list. Think about a specific problem that your intended audience is having and start writing a short eBook or email series or video series and give it away as a free offer in exchange people's name and email address.

Look at what other people are doing, especially the instructors (such as Ray & Ferny, Jim Yaghi, etc.) in this forum. They are highly successful in their little niches.

Take it easy over the next few days and weeks and do what you have to do.

You obviously have a strong desire for success, like a lot of us...and from what what I've been reading, your father believes in you and your success. So let this strengthen that burn from within and achieve something great.

In short, I agree with Wayne.

You want to focus on two things...

1. Your BRAND. Including Your USP (Unique Selling Position).

2. Your Content (based on your brand).

BTW, what do you mean "waiting while your nerve center is being built"?

I assume you mean the physical (or really it is digital) creation of your Nerve Center.

Because inherent in the building of your NC is the two things I mentioned above.

Really put some effort on your content.
Cover a topic from a fresh angle.
Go into super detail on something that most pros skim over.
