Hi Jeremy,

First of all don't feel discouraged. It is very important to know that what you are going through right now every single one of us have faced it on our road to success.

I am not a veteran at marketing but I can relate to your situation because I feel like its a never ending, uphill climb. I only can give you advice on whats working for me, so what I would do if I was you is head over to youtube and create yourself a profile page. What this will do for you if you have no money is give yourself a web presence or a personality if you will. Now I know your saying well what will I talk about I don't know how to youtube. Well the material you'll use is right in front of you, its your everyday struggles. Showcase what you are experiencing right now talk about your struggles and amazingly people will relate. Talk about the action your taking, and talk about how you feel and what your doing to change it. If something starts to work talk about that because by you solving your own problems you become someone else's solution.

Create a new video everyday, everyday, everyday, but very importantly stay CONSISTENT. You will be amazed on how fast your page will grow. For example on my youtube page I love to make critique videos about sport video games, check them out here so you can understand what I going to say next. Now this has absolutely nothing to do with MLM but in doing so I received over 19,000 channel views, so what did I do, I immediately put myself in a position to look like an EXPERT in gaining youtube channel views. And at the end of my description in some of my videos I post my MS Link with a comment that says Learn to get more traffic." And amazingly people click the link. Boom Traffic. I WoW'd myself. Be creative Jeremy, were all on the same road, so eventually you will find the right mentor and you will be a success. Just Dont Give Up and keep searching for a good mentor.

Can you call the person who introduced you to this wonderful industry anytime of the day or night?

If you cannot call (via phone) the person who invited you or any of the leaders in the organization when you have a simple question or concern like this, then you need to bail from the companies you are working with and find someone who is a true mentor.

I didn't join to be babysitted. I didn't join because I needed to suck on a thumb and have someone show me around. Stuff that.

In 6 months, I past my uplines because most in the industry are WUSSIES! I'm saying it now. Bunch of freaking wussies, who should have stayed in their job, taking orders from a boss.

I did my homework and I stepped in not because I love some guy, pally, pally. I stepped in and knew, that upline, sponsor is not responsible for me, my success. If they are helpers then great! It's a bonus.

If not, so what.

We should be all guts and heart. That's how it was for me, when uplines weren't there and those who were talked big, but I got the bonus checks. Talk means sod all in Network Marketing.

I found out what I need to know because my desire is hot, pulsating, on the rocks, it will need the whole ocean in world to cool it down, and even then, it be still on fire.

Every distributor needs to know this.

You are the business. Either now learn the business, fight for it, or personally, go and get a job.

The industry is not for wussies, it's not for people who want to put blame on anyone who sponsors someone. It's for people who see the reality and grab their business from the horns.

His upline is not to blame. His sponsor is not to blame. No one is.

It's time then, for one to take responsibility of their business because if there is no leader, then BECOME the one you want to be.

Or get out and go and scurry in a box called a job.

Waiting for someone to give orders. Waiting for someone to say, "this is how it works." Waiting, waiting, waiting for some hot shot upline.

The dude is in a blessed time of his life! He's got the greatest journey of his life! I would never trade the hard time, challenges, I had. It made me a MAN, a wiser one at that. It got me to get real mad and serious, and learn real skills and turn it into money.

That's what it does for man or woman with definite purpose and desire.

The industry ripped me to shreds, inside out, and brought out a freaking lion and not some sheeple. And any sheep come, bye, bye. I'm not interested. Go and cry to mama.

That's what it's going to do for anyone, who does not look for blame but thinks..

"Right, I got to figure this out. I'll get a mentor. I'll have a plan. I'll learn the business. I'll take responsibility and make sure, this time, what I didn't have in place, my TEAM will!"

So, let's forget about who should have done what. Move forward. Let's rock and roll man!

He's got heart, passion, and he wants it real bad. He's going to go far because he wants to really crack it. And that for me, is awesome to see.

Just freakin tell it like it is Adam...no playing around with you mate! I totally agree as I did not join my business to depend on my upline to get me through it. They are there for me but I know that success is ultimately up to me and no one else. As you said it is great if they are there for you but don't count on them to carry you.

I am responsible for my own success and not my upline, company or whatever the name is everyone uses in different companies. Just grab yourself by the *** and get rocking and rolling dude. You can do whatever you want to do brother and do not ever let anyone tell you anything different. You are the OWNER of your company so you need to take that mentality. Stay away from all the BS, negativity and crap and you will be just fine.

Just keep watching and listening to people like Adam, myself and other great people on here and we will see you at the top soon. Just like Adam said and I quote..."Right, I got to figure this out. I think you have may be trying to do too much at one time, remember this is not a sprint but a marathon. Just stick to one strategy, keep consistent, master it, stay with it until you are seeing results then you add another.

Just keep fighting, learning and working hard, it will pay off..

Most don't realise how fortunate they are.

Freaking heck.

I had to send emails to the company to be sponsored. I go to one person they sent me, he left.

So I had to go to another person, and find he left. I keep going.

I was like..

"What the heck is going on man!!!"

I even asked each one, how come you left?

"Oh, because my family thought it was.."

And before they finish, "Nah man. No way, if you was in Network Marketing I'd want you to be sponsor me."

Then another, "Well, I was in you see, but, no one helped me and..and.."

One after another. I even called company and said, "Hey, who is sponsoring these people. I'm looking for a LEADER. Get me someone who is in the damn business and got some guts and heart. Not people who leave because their wife might not like it. I want REAL MEN! Real Women!"

Again, they send me and say, "we cannot let you in the biz until someone sponsor you. Here's another number."

Until someone gives me a call.

Can she show plan. Could she heck. Terrified. I had to show it to her but...I liked her heart. I liked her guts and said..

"Show me the form, and let's go."

6 Months, I pass her and what happens?

She leaves the biz! LOL. I thought that's what they would be dying to have in their team but ah, I learnt something.

He who has width and depth gets the BONUS!

Then I go again. And I pass other. He leaves! I'm like, "what's going on man. Bunch of wussies."

"Oh, well, yah see, I found this other company."
"What yah on about mate. Look, I got a check. The check you drew on a presentation in hotel. Remember?"
"Well, erm, (cough).."

So yeah, forget uplines. Forget sponsors. Forget waiting for anyone to show the ropes. Love them. Forgive them. Let go and blaze the street man.

See it as a blessing we got into one of the finest industry. We are blessed! Man, I didn't know all those books, type of people existed. We're blessed!

So yeah, thanks to her, I got in the business.

I saw people coming in and out man.

I've seen people who ra ra, the very same uplines saying, "DIAMOND! WE'RE GOING DIAMOND!"

Yeah?

Where are they then?

"Well, you see, I had this problem and.."

Whatever.

Listen people. We, which is me and other relatives - we come from a third world country. We are in MLM. And we are not into waiting for anyone handing us anything.

We're inspired by people like yourselves, the guts, the dreamers, the fanatics haha, ones who fighting. Inspired and we saw that, and we have never seen it anywhere. Big massive smiles. Out there, no one smiles, but in this industry, people dreaming big.

So we're blessed to be amongst people like all of yah.

But we don't wait.

Why?

We waiting for Presidents. Nothing happened.

We waited for tribe leaders. Nothing happened.

We waiting for teachers. No one came.

We waiting for food, water.

We waited for BANKS, none did a thing.

We waited for families, relatives and all those who claimed, "we are friends."

None appeared.

You think this guy is going to wait for an upline? Hahaha. Must be mad.

95% wait for someone. 95% wait to be told. 95% wait to be given a book.

95% wait for an example.

The 5% become the example, the book and the story, that all speak about.

95% failure?

95% cannot fail what they haven't even started.

It doesn't start when one signs the forms. It started, when the person has prepared for success, got the knowledge, skill, mastery.

NOW..count 3 solid years of training first. Then add the 2-5 years. Not before.

That's what many didn't say to the beginner.

"It's 2-5 years to get to this stage BUT you first need to be at this level of skill, this level of guts, this level of knowledge, this level of psychology knowledge, this level of sales and marketing. Now, when you get that, which should take you 3 YEARS of 5-10 hours a day studying, applying, consistent focus - then start the clock NOT before."

Say that to a prospect.

If they don't run, behind their wife, or mummy, or act busy - then hey, you may have just attracted someone who can THINK for him or herself and isn't a wussy, waiting for a gold plate land on their lap and a babysitter to hold their hand.

If they do run, thank GOD or whatever one believes.

You have been SAVED from babysitting, motivating, baby cradling, and managing, counseling and all the rest that comes with attracting people who want a fact buck.

Wow, great response from every one of you guys. I thank you for your time and effort to try to help out. Yes, indeed i need to take a step back and try to see the whole picture. Maybe i started out on the wrong foot and my mentor from mlsp isn't giving me much help either.

I have to say that i am a quite a slow learner or maybe just coming in from the wrong direction. Since i have started, i am pretty much on my own, i do not ask others for help much until now, mainly google-ing and trying to apply the lessons taught in mlsp and m.s.

Right now, all i need is someone that could guide me through what i have done, explain what i have done wrong because most of it is learned from mlsp or m.s and they are supposedly the best in the industry,so it should work for new marketers.

The ways i am trying or used is, since mlsp or m.s are tested and proven products, plus they each have their own capture pages, explaining to other people who need them, my job is basically to get traffic to the capture page and most of the job is done. Maybe just follow up and answer questions.

So its quite frustrating and worrying because one, the system is not working out for me and two, the monthly $50 fee (mlsp) is eating into my savings, currently having little savings and little extra income to sustain my current expenditure.

That is the same way I feel brother...I am so over baby sitting and don't miss it. That stuff takes up more of your time and emotional energy that anything I have ever gotten into. I LOVE the way you put thing in such perspective to really get your message across. Keep rockin man!
