www.MLMmarketingpro.com is FOR SALE!

Postby Tom White on Tue Nov 02, 2010 2:44 am

If this isnt the right place to post this thread I apologise.

Sadly I have decided that it’s time to move on and sell my website, http://www.mlmmarketingpro.com.

I’m hoping to find a new owner, to become the new MLMmarketingpro, who can build on the great platform I've created and do this site justice.

This website has been online for over 7 years and in that time has generated hundreds of leads, which have converted in to a number of highly motivated and profitable distributors. The site also makes generates money through affiliate commissions.

What you get

A very premium, valuable domain name

An established, aged site (over 7 years old – Google loves old sites)

Over 50 visitors a day – all FREE (no paid advertising) and all highly targeted visitors from search engines

TOP Google rankings (no 1) for many competitive keywords including:
MLM marketing system
MLM lead generation
MLM marketing lead
MLM marketing techniques

First page (or almost first page) for many more keywords, including some products you can earn $$$’s from, examples:
MLM lead system pro (no 7)
Magnetic Sponsoring (9)
MLM Marketing (no 12)

Massively under monetized, currently generates $100+ per month in affiliate commissions, but could be $300+. Very little advertising on the site

Massive potential to increase earnings and leads. Visit the auction description to find out more....

The site is for sale on Flippa.com (website marketplace)

If you are interested please place a bid or contact me to find out more....

Try the Warrior Forum, they actually have threads that have websites specifically for sale.

Best of luck

I think they are not too fond of MLM over at WF. But of course, it's still worth trying.

But have you looked into website selling sites like Flippa?

I am picking people aren't flocking to buy it which is why he is resorting to advertising here.

I mean if you are ranking that well for the keywords mentioned, and you are getting 50 hits a day, that tells you something right there. Wrong keyword choice.

So unless you can convert that 50 hits a day to better than $100 a month, you are better spending $3000 on sending me articles and I will send you more than 50 visitors a day for that money.

The other reason his website is probably not garnering much interest is that it is a MeInc website. In other words once someone buys it, half the material on the site will be redundant because you are not he. And although I didn't look to closely I am guessing a fair amount of the other material on the site is company specific, so you would need to be in the same company to salvage more of the site.

I wasn't going say anything but in the interests of the kind of people I know would be thinking this looks like a bargain I should tell you to make sure you know what you are going to do with this site before you part with your hard earned money.

PS. Does that mean there is no value in the site - no. The right person may make money with it, especially if they get it at the right price.

Firstly apologies it seems I shouldn’t have started this thread here. I genuinely want this site to go to someone that is passionate about network marketing and will take this site to the next level.

I've been talking to a couple of people in particular who are really keen and can see the potential/build on the current platform. Current bid is $1000. Auction has been live for 2 days.

Dean, I appreciate your input but just want to set a few things straight:

50 visitors a day = $100 a month
I know $100 per month isnt very good, but did you take a look at the monetization of the site - its not been done very well and could easily be improved. The list building could also be improved 1000%. Also Dean you have to remember the value of recruiting new distributors through leads generated from visitors to the site - I found one particular distributor that is doing very well in my current MLM.

Search engine rankings are a long-term strategy, you might send them 50 visitors a day for $3000 but after a while you'll be asking for your next payment of $3000 whereas the search engine rankings will still be delivering free traffic.

Content

90% of the content is not opportunity specific. There are a few pages that will need to be changed but I am sure people would want to feature themselves and their story on the site. I can help with this. There is one page which relates my opportunity (Isagenix Scam) and I would be prepared to pay the new owner for leads that are generated from this page (currently a few a week - seperate sign-up box)

If its not for you no problem at all, but rather than spending $xxx's on courses, marketing system, schemes and other money burners you might want to consider investing in a stable website that is doing what all these courses and systems are teaching you to do anyway. It is a 7 year old, well established website that is obviously respected by Google et al.

Cheers, Tom

Dean,

Can you give me an example of some more relevant keywords that you could realistically rank for using articles to get more than 50 visitors a day from Google search engine traffic?

I used to own an SE marketing consultancy so would be very interested to see what you might be able to do, I have used many similar Content Syndication services in the past and although they do work, I not seen such impressive results before. Can you give some examples?

The site my keywords are ranked in the top 10 for have a keyword volume (according to SEMrush) of at least 19k monthly

See the full list here - http://www.semrush.com/info/mlmmarketingpro.com

If you optimised the description and titles and used a variety of social media (twitter, facebook, social bookmarking sites) to position yourself as a market leader the click rate would increase as brand recognition improves.

The alexa ranking in the US is 157,000 (which is pretty good). Just checked Dean and the sites in your sig are 9 million, 10million and 13million respectively (might be worth using your article marketing services on them?)

Changing the site around will NOT affect search engine rankings as long as the keyword density and use of keywords in the title etc is preserved.

Adding fresh content to the site (which hasnt been done in over a month) will have a positive effect on rankings.

If you really want me do that research for you I am happy to - please forward the $3000. No I don't have those keywords off the top of my head as I personally have no interest in them.

Did you also check the age of the domains in my signature? I am pretty sure they will not be 7 years old - could be wrong, people have told me I have been wrong before. I certainly haven't spent $3000 worth of time and marketing on any of them. In fact that is pretty impressive that I am ranked that well in 2 weeks don't you think?

19k a month is a little different from 50 hits a month. So you aren't really selling me that this is any more than a poor performing website yet .. but keep talking.

Alexa is a joke .. as I am sure you are aware. Heck, I have sites that according to Alexa should have me well retired lol

I was trying to be objective about the spam you posted in the forum. I even suggested someone might make money by buying it ... the more you talk the more you talk the more that I see that it is a con.

For the record 7 year old website means very little, unless you are a 7 year old authority site - like maybe Wikipedia.

50 unique visitors a day, 1500 uniques a month (not 50 a month)

What keywords are you ranked for in 2 weeks?

I'm not being funny here, I am honestly interested in your services if you can deliver. Are you saying that for $3k you can rank me for on a long-term basis for a number high search volume keywords in the MLM marketing niche than I currently am (BTW I've done my research and the only keywords with higher volumes (and there are not that many) are v competitive).

If so you have a deal, lets get a contract in place and I can send a deposit to get started.

As someone who provides SEO services you will know that an aged website is one of the key factors in achieving good se rankings.

I'll send you a PM regarding your SEO marketing services.

ArticleProductions wrote:First of all Tom we do not like people that Lie ... According to organic search all your keywords are targeting OPPORTUNITY... If 90% of the content as you claimed "90% of the content is not opportunity specific." then why are your keywords targeting opportunity ????

Why do you say the words I am targeting are 'Opportunity'?

There is only 1 opportunity specific keyword and that is the Isagenix Scam keyword EVERYTHING else is non-opportunity specific. Anyone could change this to suit their own MLM or promote affiliate products.

I don't know what you are talking about James?

My main keywords are (I understand the keyword volume isnt massive but its pretty high for MLM related keywords)

network marketing recruiting (1,183)
MLM business opportunity (3,993) (opportunity keyword but not specific to any MLM - added in last 2 months)
MLM lead generation (2,662)
MLM marketing lead
MLM marketing system
MLM marketing techniques
Isagenix scam (opportunity - only added in past 2 months)
MLM lead system pro
Magnetic Sponsoring
MLM Marketing (no 12)

Anyway I can see I shouldnt have posted this site for sale here and I suppose by breaking the rules I deserve to be flogged. I'll ask for the thread to be deleted and I apologise.

I know you may not believe it but I love this industry and am passionate about it, the site has been good to me in the past but I don't have the time for it now. Things are going great in my primary and I've got other projects to work on (and spend time with my family).
