You probably wont get any honest answers on this forum. Most of the networkers that come here have a hidden agenda to attract people to their company so for them to state what they don't like may be the exact reason a person will or will not join. Good Luck :)

When i say hidden agenda that's not meant to be a negative.

I try to keep it positive! So let me tell you what I love about my company...

I love being part of a company where I have control of my future. I hate the thought of just being another 9-5 employee who can be let go at any time and for any reason.

I love the fact that there is no ceiling to the amount of success I can achieve for myself.

I love the flexible lifestyle.

I love helping people.

This is a thought provoking question.
First, I sort of wonder what brought on the question? Are you dissatisfied with the company you are in? Have you heard someone complain about a MLM company and you are wondering if others feel the same way?

I'm like some of those that have already posted. Don't concentrate on the negative. If you have found a product you are passionate abount and have a legal and fair compensation plan then there are ways around any negatives.

So that you don't think there are any hidden agendas, I'll be up front and honest about the company I am with. I don't like that the lead capture pages my company provides in our upgraded (for a fee) back office. It places the leads into an email system that I have no access to. I can't follow up or have access to the emails.

BUT, there is a way around that. My team has created some company approved lead capture pages and we individually pay for a different Auto Responder system. See, easy fix!

I in absolutely NO way am going to let that little negative keep me from the company or the product which has given back my passion for life!

Just remember, if you start nit-picking a company (especially after being with it for a while) perhaps it is YOU that needs the change and not the company. Hey, I can say that from experience. I've been there (nitpicking a company that I had been with for 5 years). I had to come to the realization that I had lost the passion for the product. The company was still the same. It was I that had changed. So, I decided to make a change and researched and found a new company. And have not regretted it one bit!

Good luck to you!!

Nice to see that everything is great in your company Michael, my question for you is that, why you post it here?
We don't want to listen about "perfect" companies, we want real common problems, that distributors are encounder at their MLM companies.

Everybody have good points here about their likes and dislikes about their comapany.
The bottom line is what I said before; you are the company you represent. If you don't like the downline you built, then change it. Retrain your downline to be better at your company's goals.
It really says; what you don't like about yourself (company)?
As I was told by my service center, this is my business. I can run it any way I see fit. They can not tell me how to run it. And they are right! ;)
What you don't like about your company is that it is not running like you envisioned to do. :!:
Most people would change it. Do whatever you need to do to make it happen. That is your job and your reputation on the line in the public's eye. :o
Your main focus should be what you do like about your company. Look on the positive side and see the difference!

To be honest, you asked a question - I answered it! Absolutely honestly...

And, quite frankly, I'm getting a little tired of all the negativity associated with our industry!

Why does everyone always have to be focusing on the negatives - the 97% who fail, the things you DON'T like about our company, the bad compensation plans, the companies closing down?

Generally speaking, my friend, I (& I believe many others too) believe that we DO want to listen about "perfect" companies, we DON'T want to highlight problems we are all already painfully aware of...

It's time that distributors realised that there ARE good companies & good aspects to the network marketing industry - perhaps then, we wouldn't be getting such a high attrition rate.

Let's forget the negatives & start focusing on the positives :D

Hi,

When I don't like something about the company, I just do something about, it is why we have an advisory board and Millionaire circle board, whatever complains or suggestions go to those boards that are made of distributors like me.

I think that you will not see most people answering the questions because:

1. They are promoting their company, therefore their company is "perfect"\
2. It is a private matter that they prefer to deal with the company.

In our company we have been able to have many new things thanks to the associates, I am glad my the company is willing to listen to the distributor base, is it perfect? no, but nothing is perfect.

I agree with you George, most of the answers here are trying to promote their company. I could do that if i wanted to, but that was not my purpose here. i never said i am not satisfied with my company, and i don't beleive that everything is heaven in other MLM companys.
A good advise here is that, if you don't like something you try to change it, but not always so easy.
