Hey Mario, the key on Facebook is to become the Authority. The Truth is, everyone wants to be healthy, lose weight, etc. You simply become the EXPERT at whatever you are promoting. Cut videos and write articles about what your product can help your target market achieve.
I'm also in the Health and Wellness industry, so I understand where you are coming from. If you are able to do this, you will attract a crowd. Make sure you have a fan page where you can begin to invite those who have responded to your post.
Hope this helps,
Ontarian

Re: How Do You Not Advertise On Facebook?
Thanks Everybody!
You have given me a lot to work on here.
I learned some time ago not to advertise to anyone. I didn't like it myself when one of my friends did it and invited me to join then we could talk. Now everybody who knows him is turned off by his constant invites.
I am still trying to establish myself as an expert not just a family member or co-worker on facebook.
I'll try to interject some worthy items to show members that I do have what they are looking for healthwise.
Thanks for all of your comments. I will use everyone!
