I have initially sent the e-mail informing them that I am there to help them with whatever questions they may have...

I chose to contact my leads through e-mail marketing...now how do I stay in touch with them...

like as in how often should I e-mail them? and how can I build a relationship and add value after the initial e-mail?

Please share your views...they will be much appreciated!

Email them whenever you have valuable information and content that you wanna share with the. Twice or thrice a week would be ideal. Don't knock yourself out, though, by trying to email those leads one by one. That could be really exhausting when your leads blow off to the hundreds. Use an autoresponder or group mailer for this purpose.

I also email people. I choose to stay in contact with my leads 3 times a week. Definetly blasting!!! I email usually the new things going on or the valueable content.

I suggest asking questions to see where you list needs the most help and feed them that information. Send out an email asking or answering a question and then build off that. Once you get their questions and concerns, if you don't have the answer, this is your chance to go get it and share it with them. Thats been most helpful for me and my list!

Once you get the ball rolling just let them know what you are doing and always make it as interactive as possible so you can keep in touch.
