Well title says it all... What does it take to be a BN Instructor? Are there a series of criteria that must be fulfilled or you just get noticed or appreciated?

I don't have the answer to your question, but I have been around here long enough that a combination of extreme value with results works best. And isn't it ironic that extreme value gets results.

Instead strive for excellence in one's own trade, specialised skill, share valuable knowledge that is needed in any community.

Hi Eric,

Yes - I've always believed, that if we take care of ourselves, in skill, knowledge, and then become pro-active, with the knowledge of how the world works - using what we have for the world around us to benefit - there will be no need to strive for much of what many do today.

What is built from the inside, earned, can never be taken away.

It can only radiate more wealth, peace, content and most of all, a greater purpose, that can outlast our own brand; and benefits many more.

As Napoleon once said - If you do not conquer self, you will be conquered by self.

The answer then, is not striving for out there but the striving that is all good - inside of us.

I couldn't agree more Adam, but it didn't always come that easy (for me). With time and practice and maturity and focus, slowly that mindset worked its way into my 'daily daily.' And that makes all the difference.

What was your journey?

The same, - obession on how pieces come together. I've always been that way but I take them further, than the click, click and launch. Instead, I create, invent tools, systems myself. So I like the complex and break down to simplify but wasn't easy.

So yes, patiance, having vision, and the wlling to be consistent no matter what happens.

Very exciting life it has given and a meaningful, rewarding one.
