Is this a good place to ask for tech support?

Postby Karen Umstattd on Mon Oct 22, 2007 11:17 pm

I read the rss post and wondered if maybe I post a tech support question here it might be seen?

#1 - I opted into my own magnetic sponsoring 10 day form the other day (with my personal email address) and never got the message. It is not in my spam folder or anywhere to be found. I did get the email telling me I opted in (my gmail email) though.

I have had emails to myself (personal email) get lost in cyber space and I have no idea why. I tried to go back to get the 10 day boot camp again with my personal email and the system won't let me because it says I'm already in the system. Is there any work around for something like this?

#2 - I am already getting the 10 day bootcamp to my gmail email address. Day 8 of the bootcamp has a broken link in it at the end of the message (yep, sometimes I'm green)

#3 - I had someone I personally referred to MY 10 day bootcamp link tell me a few days AFTER he ordered the MS book that he placed the order. I did not know he placed the order because I never got notification and it's not in my back office. I do have him in there when he opted into the 10 day bootcamp though, just nothing showing that an order was placed. If I don't know when someone placed an order, how do I know when they have "qualified" themselves in that way?

Thank you

There do seem to be some ongoing problems with the order fulfillment and support functions. A couple of us described them here:

uhh i had a whole month i didnt get any of my sales. i'll scare you all if you knew how much money i lost that month. Support was absolutely not useful.

in some of those cases i actually either walked people through the sale over the phone or did it for them. I did the purchase for my own cousin and a good friend and didnt receive commission. When I asked support i was told the sale was made but not through me (under who then?)

i hope that with the new MS these problems are all fixed.

Hey Jim, all you have to do is contact me about that and I'll do anything needed for you. It's very important to me that everyone gets paid for their sales. The new 3.0 System will have a completely new tracking and posting system that will work in real time.

Thanks Mike...I appreciate that.

I didnt want to disturb you with these issues--so I directed my queries to support. After the new site launched my new sales were working again :D.

Perhaps there is a problem with the Bootcamp delivery now, though. I've had some people email me to ask why they arent receiving the bootcamp after they registered in the past two or three days. The new email i tested still hasnt received any bootcamp messages. Any idea why that might be? I spoke with support about this too.

Try this link ---> http://magneticsponsoringonline.com/f/wcp/login/index.do

and type in the user name and password you set up right after you purchased the book.

Hope this helps!:)

Hey Mike,

Jeff Celentano here. The new system looks great. Also, it's cool to see one of my videos still on the front page of this site. Makes me feel like someone is actually listening to what I'm saying.

Regarding the kinks in the new system, a couple of things I've noticed is that I'm no longer recieving email notifications when someone opts into my MS squeeze page. That feature allowed me to instantly beging establishing a face to face relationship with my prospect and it would be a shame to lose that feature.

Another new glitch I've noticed is that the emails going to any @helloworld.com or @vmdirect.com are coming up blank. You open up the email and there's just white blankness. There are many VM Direct affiliates who have been signing up for these emails and it would be a shame to lose an entire company of networkers because the emails aren't going through.

Anyway, just a few observations. The videos I have seen are really quite good. It's nice to see you talking about these concepts where we can really get the full meaning of your message via video.

That's what VM Direct is all about so if someone could please look into this issue, it would be most appreciated.

Keep up the good work,

Jeff Celentano

:( I, too, am having problems and have not received any answers although I have
sent 4 messages thru "contact us" and posted one message here. The problems are 1)
I cannot log in @ affiliate login. The first time I tried when it didn't accept, I thought I may have lost my password, so a new one was issued. Same result. Michelle,
I tried the site you recommended and still not able to log in. It just erases my name and password. 2) my affiliate address for magneticsponsoring.com is not available. 3)I have been doing quite a bit of advertising and am unable to check my back office.
I am really happy with what the new system is all about and realize that, in most cases, there are always glitches, but I would really appreciate someone addressing them.
Here's to all of Our Success.

Your affiliate login and your magnetic community login are different. You're using the lost password link in the affiliate login window right?
