Would like to request new forum for company named Phoenix International Network Limited.
Owning Brands like Synkronice and Spinglo.

Company is UK based, involved with two areas, MLM and investments.
Owners are 3 well known British businessmen - Mr. D.Bosley, Mr. L.Britton, Mr. J.Davis.

From 7-9.02.11 25 Synkronice leaders were invited to business meeting in London. I was one of them.

It was great pleasure to meet company´s owners and to have deeper look about company´s developments and future plans.
One level 7 persons got his Rolex watch. One level 5 person got MacBook Air.

Within 2 weeks, new Spinglo platform will be launched - Create Your Own Internet!
On the way are Spinglo Visa Card, Spinglo Deals and Spinglo Gaming.

Biggest news was that Synkronice Profit Shares will end on 15.03.11 and right after that they will be transferred to asset.

All together, very nice trip, lot of new info and many new friends.

Latest Synkronice News:

It has been a stated aim of Synkronice from our very beginning that we should reward the distributors not just with bonuses, and commissions, but with a stake in the companies which they are helping to build.

Whilst it is not unknown for an MLM company to issue shares, or share options to distributors, we, as always, are going much further.

Due to the unique nature of Synkronice, we will be instrumental in building up a number of internet businesses. Some of these businesses will be wholly owned by us, some will be part owned, all of shares will be held by our holdings company, which you will be able to hold shares in.

THE CONVERSION DATE WILL BE MARCH 20TH, AFTER THIS NO FURTHER SPS WILL BE ISSUED.

The meaning of this will be clear to all of you. If you have people looking at the business, if they want to come in and get the founders bonus in SPS, they must do this before 20th March, the clock is ticking, this opportunity will not come along again!

Some brief details about the conversion:

1. As of 20th March 2011 all holders of SPS will be entitled to apply to convert their SPS into shares.

2. This will be conditional on payment of the £5 Stamp duty (this is a UK tax payable on transfer of shares), and completion of the relevant paperwork to enable the registrars to correctly register your holding.

3. The shares will be issued in Spinglo Holdings PLC, a holdings company which will hold equity in the Spinglo Cases.

Where to Invest in 2011 - My #1 Choice.

Where to invest in 2011? This is the question what many are asking every year.

I can tell you only from my own experience and it has been very good with this company so far.
Company is called Synkronice. It is UK based.

The biggest difference with this company comparing with others is that they have started to create membership base in internet. Meaning, they create first big membership base and then start to bring in services and products. You see, most of the companies start from other side. Fist, they create product or service and then start to look for customers and invest in to creation of membership base.

Synkronice has started from the other end. Membership base is called Spinglo. Within 5 months, it has grown to 600.000 members and is the fastest growing social media platform in Europa.

It is brilliant, if you can see the beauty of it. Fastest growing member base is created, yes, it required investments but now you already have platform where to bring in different services and products.
