I realize that in this day and age, people would rather watch a video than read an article. When it comes to looking at surfing the internet, people would love to look at aminated graphics "dancing bears" and things that move around instead of just something static and does absolutely nothing. Boooring...

One of the things that caused me to realize this was when I started looking into CPM marketing and seeing how successful YouTube and all the other video hosting sites are becoming. So I decided to read adobe photoshop books and learn graphics and here are two really cool things I did that's causing my twitter account to EXPLODE with followers!

On my emailing database, at the end of every email I include a graphic that sayes "Follow Me ON Twitter" not just any graphic, but a really cool graphic that moves around. Also, in all the forums I subscribe to, I when into my signature panel and changed my signature to have a really cool graphic. Look down below and you'll see what I'm talking about. I also do YouTube videos almost everyday and in the video itself I say follow me on twitter. This technique isn't really working out yet.

Oh, and the link that I use is a trackable link so that I can see where all my twitter followers are coming from. I use those free URL shortening sites because they all offer link tracking. Those sites are great for the twitter tweets themselves as well. AWSOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's an interesting idea. Good luck with it. In this industry you have to set yourself apart from others and if you are presenting an idea that hardly anyone else is using, there's your edge. I've seen some of these graphics online through my searches and experience however not many. Keep it up.

thanks i definitely agree people prefer videos than articles. Thanks for sharing the twitter pic it's very cute and I think it will definitely attract people to it
