Its nothing that I don't like about the company. I really don't like a few things industry wide like front loading, recruiters that just recruit, then jump ships, the way some companies push just recruiting, not teaching people how to sell and market the product, compensation plans design for the average person not to make money.
The reason why I don not like all of these issues is because it generates a bad name overall. When people quit they label it a scam. They quit because they did not sell the prodcut or service. They did not sell the product or service in most cases because they were not taught.
That's just a few.
