Want to get your guys' opinion on this matter because I have been dealing with this question from many people. With everyone transitioning to online marketing for their MLM efforts.....is it too saturated already? Is everyone just regurgitating the same info over and over?
Or, are we just at the beginning of what our field/industry has to offer via the Internet? Please let me know what you think. Take care.

Re: Are there too many networkers online?
Hello Timothy, I have often thought about this myself and it would seem such is the case, however I have heard from trusted and successful online markerters, there are millions of new people coming online for the first time every day. Young adults, Graduates, retirees, baby boomers, the unemployed.
Also, if you consider the billions of people on this planet, all's you would need is a very small but profitable niche to tap into the income earning petential the internet offers.
In fact I would even venture to say the online world is the new frontier for the new economy.
I would hope that more people will embrace the internet for creating their income and lifestyle design. Robert Kiyosaki talks about this in his latest book, "The Unfair Advantage" the power of a financial education.
That's my thoughts on the subject matter.
Cheers,
Willie Robertson

hi Timothy,
In my opinion its not saturated, unless you are including everyone that spams everyone. Which I would assume is why people make that assumption.
I think that what needs to happen is a willingness for those of us more experienced to mentor and help in an apprentice-type function to help those who are doing it wrong. It takes patience and we won't be 100% successful but its important.
Secondly, offline methods are still valid, and there are new brilliant strategies that people come up with that are really working. today's market demands a blend of online and offline. It also demands being in an ever learning mode, being open to seeing things in a new light.
The saturation question comes up all the time, with how many billions on the internet, I don't think that is going to ever be a problem!

I would agree with Willie on this one. The global market is just plain "too big". Since you can take virtually any product and find some type of MLM opportunity, you just need to find the product you like, and learn what "niche" it will fill. Nothing beats good ol' fashion marketing, and you aren't just limited to where your affiliate page falls on Google

First off, thank you all so very much for your replies. I completely agree with all of your comments. I truly believe that Internet marketing is in its infancy. If you think back to any time in history, say the 80's with real estate or the 50's with paper ads.....they probably felt the same way. I don't think Internet marketing will become "saturated" for at least 5 years. Which means, all of us here on BN on WAY ahead of the game. Everyone needs to just keep up the good work, and they will be golden. Man I love this community. Just chalk full of awesome people. Take care.

Re: Are there too many networkers online?
We have to remember about 98 percent of network marketers fail. Now I am not saying to steal sheep but when we learn to help those who are thrown out in the wilderness by there upline than they will follow us because we showed them how to win. If we look at it that way and learn how to grab the new people than our sources are unlimited. The only limit is how much limit we have on helping others.

Re: Are there too many networkers online?
To answer your question, yes, I believe there are too many networkers online. I will admit that there was a time where I was "trying to follow" online networkers, but then I came to the realization that there were just too many people making claims, and they cannot possibly all be doing well, plus the point of network marketing is duplication. Can those so called gurus actually help others duplicate what they're doing? I soon found out that very few people truly understood the concept of network marketing. If people really understood it, many of the companies out there wouldn't have been created, and many people wouldn't be doing what they're doing including online marketing. Trust me.
It is very true that most networkers fail, but if we are trained properly and if we're involved with a business model that is designed for network marketing to work the way it's intended to work, and if we are willing to help those who need to be helped, then it's all good.....
Recently, I came into contact and have been working with and learning from, 6 and 7 figure income earners. They are 6 and 7 income earners because they did their due diligence in studying our industry, so they have a thorough understanding of how and why it works. They work their business completely different from the typical networker. NONE of them are into online marketing. Every single person I know treats their business as a business, by talking to each and every person individually by building relationships with them, and seeing if they are a fit for what they're involved with. As we all probably know, not everyone is the right fit for everything. I have learned more from these people than I have from all my previous years together, and for that, I am grateful. Because then I can direct others to resources for them to be properly educated as well.....
I hope this helps.....

You make some very valid points here.
I wouldn't completely discount the internet though. It is actually still in its infancy. Many people are doing it wrong but there are many new things all the time that are working.
I agree though with your point on talking to people individually. Sooner or later, (usually sooner is better) we must be in real contact with them, if local then yes in person. If long distance then by phone.
