Hi I have been in this forum for quite a while. I wanted to give you something I know will help. When contributing to a forum, updating you status, or anywhere that you will be seen in public. Whatever you comments are, it is truly a best practice to not appear to argue with someone. Even if you don't agree, its good to acknowledge them because they matter. Its not about being right, because in the end its all about relationships. I have seen it here, I have had those who say you are wrong. Better to say this is what I think: then go on and state it. Everyone is entitled to believe what they want, I must say its so very unattractive to publicly say "You are wrong!" And in the end, those who insist on making the point that they are the ones who are right will be the ones that don't get the friends.
Anyone have that kind of experience?

Re: Attraction Marketing Tip
I think it depends on how much you really care about people in general and the industry as a whole. If you see someone posting something that is just way off base and you see all these comments agreeing with the author - do you let the people get suckered in or do you tell the author "you are wrong"?
I know I struggled with that for a very long time until I realized I had to let people go, make their own mistakes and not worry when I saw someone heading off the wrong path.
Doesn't mean I don't take note of the ones who seem to have that "spark" and so far I've been right. As they progressed online, they eventually saw the light themselves.
That's exciting.

yep totally agree, I was actually referring to someone basically saying I was wrong when he didn't have his facts straight. It definitely doesn't make them look good.
As far as when someone posts something I don't agree with, I am not afraid to say, I don't agree, and here is why. I like to see that because it becomes a great discussion.
Don't want to let anyone feel bad, I would rather take it on the chin myself. On the other hand I definitely believe that its not attractive to be picking fights. Everyone can have an opinion, and it doesn't have to be mine. Thanks for your contribution here.

Re: Attraction Marketing Tip
Ok so since the talk is about attraction marketing, I would kindly disagree that this is even an attraction marketing topic.
This lies more in the realms of Communications 101 undergrad, a more recognized term would be "interpersonal communication", not attraction marketing, and Lynda I will again kindly offer my opinion with no offense meant to anyone, but why do we need to be given a tip on how to be courteous ?
Now some may consider me a "prick" and I kindly accept that, the thing is, I am a straight shooter, black and white, tell it like it is, and yeah sometimes people take it the wrong way but in the end they can appreciate my resolve...you are defying yourself if you have to tip toe around an individual who is wrong...obviously wrong...frankly this attraction marketing stuff is a whole lot of "buffer" to keep a marketer feeling like they are productive or making moves but literally are just hoping for someone to like them.....BUSINESS is a popularity contest I get it...but we cannot defy ourselves for the sake of...making a buck!
Ever heard the term GROW A BACK BONE ? as I believe attraction marketing is nothing but re-hashed methods taught to us through life and in college, if you never payed attention these many years, you will not grasp that attraction marketing simply keeps the masses in check, a protocol of what to do, what to say, how to be and when to say it....ARE YOU SERIOUS ?
Microsoft is suing Google for search biasing, do you think talks are about hey guys, we think you are wrong ? NO these are businesses who a leaders in their own right, it's a dominance game, it's cut throat, they are not looking through the attraction marketing manual...
So Lynda I see where you are coming from and respect "YOU" as a person but attraction marketing is such horse crap...because if you have to be something you are not ....then you are not a leader...simple as that

Would you rather I say what is attractive and not. Does it matter? In my mind its about who you are being, and what you attract.

Lynda....go on any dating site....and I want you to sign up as a man seeking woman....read the profiles and descriptions...what most of the women say ... "I want an honest man, who will be real with me...blah blah blah" and surely there are some creeps out there.....But what they are attracting are creeps because well anyone can portray themselves to be honest, or real....and then I ponder
Look at their interest, nearly all say traveling, cooking, yada yada .....ironically most have never even been on a domestic flight..... again go through these profiles....and look at some of the pictures these women, age 25 to 35 and some if not most tend to be either provocative or deceiving...and whether you like it or not this is an element of attraction marketing...because you are putting out to the world what you think they want....instead of being real with yourself...and being who you are..again just an exercise...and you will see what I mean.

Okay I am not going to go look at all of the people trying to be something they are not to attract someone. At the same token why would we do that here. I am not going to try to be something I am not. I don't know what kind of person you want to attract. I am not looking for a husband, already have one. I am a serious network marketer, and am attracting more of the same.
By all means be real, so if you are poking at my identity you won't mind if I poke at yours, why does all of that really matter that you wrote. If someone is being deceiving, they will not get what they really want, sorry but it is the truth. I am not a victim nor do I believe I come across as one, I believe in being honest, and telling it like it is.
If someone wants to be argumentative, well he will definitely get more arguments, if someone wants to attract someone that is fit for his business he may want to look into his mirror first, what is he projecting?
My picture tells it like it is, I am who I am, and its better to just be yourself. And if that is not enough well, then we are not a match, good day! I am not worried about it, so whether that really told you anything I don't know.

Re: Attraction Marketing Tip
Lynda looks like your attraction marketing lesson went out the window....
I wasn't attacking you, if you read clearly you will see that I was sharing a concept of ATTRACTION MARKETING....its practiced everyday by singles on these online dating sites, it was a lesson, albeit one you took offense to.
I am not attacking your picture, I am not attacking you...but showing literally the foundation and basics to attraction marketing...I guess I didn't make myself clear and you missed the point...Attraction Marketing is based on principles very similar to what happens on these dating sites ...THAT'S IT

I like what Joyce says here because its really key. Do you care enough to correct someone that is going the wrong direction, hopefully you do.

I read this again, you do seem to have a very interesting concept of this. I don't feel dominated by any of it. Okay I think I understand what you mean about the dominance, and the cut-throat thing, but at least in what I am doing, I don't play with knives. And of course you have your own opinion, and I am not your brand of leader, but that doesn't make me less of one.
