You Can't Play Hokey Pokey In Network Marketing and Win!

Postby Lynda Cromar on Sat Jun 11, 2011 2:14 pm

In fact its a sure way to fail miserably!

Okay for people that don't remember: Hokey Pokey was a silly dance before the Macarana, that was about just sticking a toe or an arm in. It was one of those things that got everyone excited for the duration of the dance.

I see people do network marketing that way. "well, I will stick a toe in and test it!" I will try it for a month or so, and if the money isn't there, I will quit!"

There is no way you can ever build a long-lasting network marketing business that way! You have to be all in, burn the bridges don't look back, and for heavens sake alive, not have an attitude of I guess I will try and see if I might fail!

What do you think?

Hi,

Nice post!

That's the way we must play this game. Many people, quit too soon. That's so unfortunate! So many people fail because of that.

You have to sick long enough and treat it like a real business. People think it's doesn't cost much to get in so it must not be a real business. This isn't the case! It really take time and energy to make it work.

bye

That's part of the problem, Hugo. Nobody has any idea what operating a business means. The training isn't there for the vast majority of people.

Different training Lynda. Learning how to do FB or Twitter is not business training. Those are simply different ways to advertise. Clear example: Am I going to choose newspaper or radio as the vehicle to promote my product/service this week?

I agree here. So many people drop out. Two primary reasons cause this. Hyped up Marketing and little to no help from there upline. When ever your bringing someone in to your downline it is your responsibly to make sure they have the right expectations and the right help getting started.

If someone joins your downline expecting to make a ton of money there first month or is expecting to make tons of money with little effort then there going to be let down and the program will never live up to there expectations. They will most likely drop out, yell scam and move on. Then your time will be wasted replacing them in a never ending cycle. Most people join not knowing what to do. It is important that they are coached and helped in getting started and not just giving a quick lecture and told to buy something. Once your downline trusts in you and they start bringing in people they will be very motivated to step things up. people who join with the right expectations and who are guided and helped properly in making the transition into this business model will be far more likely to stay in your downline and help other people achieve there success. successful teams are what make it to the top. You can't do it alone and you can't expect your down line to do everything for you.

These type of people just must join into ponzy scheme business, where people
who faster join make money from those who join later and after several months
the company close leaving scammed thousands of people. They join do nothing
and make some cash.

Also warn them they should join as earlier as possible in that ponzy and pyramid
scam if no they can probably be scammed :D

P.S. This is the only solution for these type of thinking. true MLM is not for
lazy people.

Network marketing is a gamble. You might get lucky. You might not. Thats why people say you need a lot of determination. The secret is to increase your 'luck' in this contest.
