Re: How Do You Get Up When You Fall..
Hi,
If I find myself having a "bad" week, I start by going back to my book where I write down what I do each week and the results. Then I go back to a high signup week and repeat the tasks.
If I need more motivation in another form, I go to the nearby beach and walk around. I always get motivated seeing all the people, it reminds me that there are still people out there who would benefit from my company Lotto Magic.

Re: How Do You Get Up When You Fall..
Adi that is a great question. There is no simple answer.
But in the words of the great Joe Louis " Nobody like's a punch on the nose" I should imagine that every single person that every attempted to improve their lot in life has had set-backs to overcome and mountains to climb ... just imagine that everybody was a success at their first attempt? wouldn't the world be a rosy place?
I have struggled all my life and never really been much of a success, but what a great life....I have belonged to a couple of mlm companies and failed with them both (but I did learn from my mistakes) and as the late great Jim Rohn said: "it's not what you get, it's what you become" (if I have mis-quoted Jim I apologise). Most people do not succeed on their first or second attempt, so just try and look at yourself in the mirror and smile and say out loud to yourself "Great, thank goodness that is out of the way, I am now a step nearer success" then stick out your chin and get on with it!....
all the best, regards Jim T.

I believe more than anything its about mind-set and attitude. If you believe you are defeated you are. But on the other side of the coin, if you have the attitude of "what can I learn from that?" And "how can I get better," you are never defeated! My two cents anyway!

When I feel demotivated and falled, I look at the people who empower me
alot, these people have special place in my mindset - it is like a unbeatable
sources for soul and my mindset I get from them and understand that
true success consist of many failures. Many people interpret success
wrong (they always think the day will come and is like a lucky).
What ever will happens I move forward without quitting and taking
as many valuable lessons as I can and also as one
people said: "not satisfaction for yourself is a force to move to perfection" -
this is how people reach success.

It isn't always easy...
There's times when we find ourselves ultra motivated.
Motivated by fun, excitement, energy, fear, pain, many many inputs.
These are the situations where getting up is instinctual... you just do it and you do it quickly.
But then there are times when we're not in the mindset of getting back up.
We weren't expecting to fall. Or the fall was slow and took its toll on our minds.
Or maybe we've fallen so many times that we're worn out and tired.
I find these to be the most difficult times to get up.
And when I'm in that place I'm learning to give it to God.
I can only do so much on my own. And like anything in life, some times you just need a hand up.
Someone to comfort you, help brush yourself off and walk with you for awhile, as a friend.

That is a great message Jim..Every failure teaches us a lesson , so if we can handle failure and do not get demoralized by it , move ahead and do not repeat our past mistakes , we are on our way to be successful!..thanks for sharing..

When things get tough as they sometimes will. When it feels like life is rolling all down hill. I pick up my copy of "The Way of The Samurai" also known as the "Hagakure" and read a few inspirational quotes. I credit that book with given me the intestinal fortitude to roll with life's punches and never give-up no matter how many times I've been knocked on my keister. That's how I get up when I fail.
It also helps if you fall flat on your face forwards instead of backwards... that way... every time you fall... you actually move a little closer towards your destination...
These are some mindset tips from a master level "failure jedi".
Thanks for sharing a great resource courtney!
