What is most important in my opinion is to only take a few, preferably things that your upline or mentor has already tested. Or you can learn from someone who is already successful at that technique. This is why I believe that, there are a lot of theories, and some of them are just that. Some techniques work really great for some and not for others, because they don't fit your personality.

so use proven techniques, learn them, and test!
