Im having Wordpress Problems

Postby Billee Brady on Sat Jun 25, 2011 2:52 am

Hi,

I was wondering if there was anyone that could help me or point me in the right direction to get some help with my Wordpress Blog.

I just recently updated the blog to 3.1 and it isn't operating the same.
I am having some minor problems like the "Add Image" button, etc not working.

I was just wondering if it was possible to find someone to have a look over my blog or something,
I'm not entirely sure of my option here...

If anyone could point me in the right direction I would be deeply appreciative!

Thanks,
Billee Brady

.

try this ...

Make sure your theme is updated and compatible with WP 3.1
Log out of your WP admin.
Clear the cache in your browser.
Restart the browser.
Try it again.

If that doesnt work you may have some issues with the database or
maybe your theme or a plugin that aren't compatible with 3.1 and cause an error.

Billie--

Here are some steps to troubleshoot your problems:

1. Disable all plugins. See if that fixes the issue.
2. If it does, reactivate one plugin at a time until the problem resurfaces. That way you know which plugin is causing the problem.
3. Verify your theme is updated and compatible with 3.1. You can also activate Twenty-Ten and see if that resolves your problem.
4. If the above steps do not solve the problem, redo the update to 3.1. You can do this from the "Dashboard" >> "Updates" link. See if that resolves your issues.

If you are sill stuck after that, or would like me to take a look, let me know and I would be glad to help you further.
