This is really getting silly. Who is to say which are better or not. While it is true there may be some attributes that women have and men don't have and for that matter attributes men have and women don't have is of little meaning. What does matter is that people regardless of their gender take the time to learn. Its really about being human and being willing to see through the eyes of another!

Myself I am striving to improve everything about how I present and how I help others. I don't worry about how to talk to a man vs a woman. I find out about them. If there are men here that say they are not good at that, then maybe its about learning how. I have seen men that are excellent at talking to people. It still goes back to this. People will join you when they know you, like you and trust you. Your personal style for achieving this is just that!

I agree with you lynda...you are making a lot of sense here..It is all about how you develop yourself as an individual..man or woman ..does not really matter in the end..Success is not gender specific even in network marketing..As you said , it is about being human , humble , having an open mind , and willing to learn at all times...and if people can relate with you and your story , they will join..

People do respond to a smiling face and pleasant voice. If you got that, your job is half way through.
If not, you may just have to work harder at it.
My wife is a pure salesperson without even trying. She could strike up conversations when we are at the mall or even in a one owner store by herself. People tend to like her because of her personality.
People with good personalities tend to draw others to them easier
Just have a smiling face, pleasant voice and a good personality is a good trait to have for anybody.

Hmmmm.... Are Women Better at Network Marketing than Men? I think that anyone, who learns the skills can be just as successful whether they are male or female. Most of the time, you see it being the men making the money because men tend to be more aggressive and as others mentioned in their posts, women tend to be more nurturing, but I have to agree with I believe it was Lynda who said, Women tend to be more nurturing, but that doesn't mean that we should enable, etc.

I have always been the type to want to "Network" in general with people and I am very social. I am also willing to share what I have learned without expecting anything in return, so that has really helped me to grow as a person and also to grow my business.

I believe it really depends on differences in personality. Women may be more open and able to reach out to people more easily than men do, but oftentimes it is the assertiveness of men and their ability to get right down with business that gets them going a step further in a marketing relationship.

But, I think the MOST IMPORTANT thing we all must possess to be successful in any marketing relationship is our desire to put PEOPLE above profits. When we genuinely share to others our desire to help THEM with our products rather than focusing on how much we're getting out of it, then I think we're on the right track.
