I am establishing myself basically offline.
In the online realm, I am still working on that. Online is still new to me and still trying to find my way.
But offline, I am a model for energy. I am doing activities that the younger people are too tired to do.
My supervisors can see my energy and they have a hard time keeping up with my activities.
I try to encourage, motivate others to do something about their health and get active involved in doing something about it.
I see people address their problems only as they come up. They think it's a part of life to always get sick, and deal with it whenever it may come up. The attitude is 'if it ain't broken don't fix it.'
I am changing that attitude and getting people motivated to look at what they are eating daily that may cause their illnesses later.
Little suggestions is what help me stand out with others and staying healthy is a big part of it.

I like to put my own twist on everything, if it looks exactly like what you do or any of the others, then it is in essence cut and paste. You have to bring your own personality in it. I love Mia Davies videos, but I don't try to copy, I bring myself into it.
