I watched the 9pm EST webinar on Saturday night and I got the answer to my question (see my earlier question below).

The answer is BOTH your 2nd, 4th, 6th, etc... sales AND those people's 2nd, 4th, 6th, etc... sales AND so on... pass up. It is a coded plan.

The David's can try to say this is affiliate marketing, but as far as I'm concerned it is a network marketing comp plan. You can get paid on more than 2 levels. With this type of explosive growth I wouldn't be surprised if regulators take a closer look at this. I just hope the David's consulted with a top network marketing law firm before they launched this.

So In the example below when Mary enrolls Timmy he would pass up to me.

This leads me to my next question which is very important to know. Does Timmy then fill in one of my front line spots? And if so and Timmy is say my #4 then would I have to pass him up? And if Timmy became my sponsor's #2 and she was enrolled by one of the David's would Timmy then get passed up to them? If this is the case then the David's are deceiving everybody by saying they make money like everyone else.

Here's was my earlier question:
I'm enrolled at $625 and I enroll Bob for $625 as my 1st sale. I get paid $625.

I then enroll Mary for $625 as my 2nd sale. My sponsor gets paid $625 (assuming he's enrolled at $625).

Mary (my 2nd enrollment) then enrolls Suzie for $625 as her 1st sale. Mary gets paid $625.

Mary (my 2nd enrollment) then enrolls Timmy for $625 as her 2nd sale. Who gets the $625 on that sale (me or my sponsor)?

Timmy enrolls Frank for $625 as his 1st sale. Timmy gets the $625.

Timmy enrolls Laura for $625 as his 2nd sale. Who gets the $625 on that sale (Mary, Me, or my sponsor)?

I summarized my question a little better. This is very important to know.

Are pass-ups considered a front-line sale for the person they passed up to? Because if they are and a pass-up landed in a #2, #4, #6, etc... position then they would have to be passed up again.

If this is the case then the David's are deceiving everybody by saying they make money like everyone else since they'll be sitting back and getting a significant percentage of all the pass-ups.

Someone please ask David this exact question:

David Wood enrolls Angela for $625. David gets paid $625.

Angela enrolls Chris for $625 as her 1st sale. Angela gets paid $625.

Angela never enrolls another person.

Chris enrolls Bob for $625 as his 1st sale. Chris gets paid $625.

Chris then enroll Mary for $625 as his 2nd sale. Who gets the $625 on that sale?
a) Angela because it passed up from Chris
b) David Wood because Mary became Angela's #2 which is a pass-up spot


Mary (Chris's 2nd enrollment) then enrolls Suzie for $625 as her 1st sale. Mary gets paid $625.

Mary (Chris's 2nd enrollment) then enrolls Timmy for $625 as her 2nd sale. Who gets the $625 on that sale?
a) Chris because it passed up from Mary
b) Angela because Mary sale was originally passed up to Angela and pass-ups DO NOT become front line sales
c) David Wood because Mary was Angela's #2 so Mary had to be passed up to David Wood

Your making this program sound very, very difficult. Which to me I see that it is. And these days, the way the economy is, trying to enroll somebody for $625 is almost impossible. And another thing if have to wait until I sign somebody up for $625 before I can see any commission after its passed up to the next person, that just does not sound to inviteing to me. Now dont get me wrong Im not saying this program does not work, but it just sounds like to much, to complicated. Now I believe my program is the simplest and easiest way to make a commission and it also pays 100% commission and only cost $5 to get started. see for yourself.

Empowered Network has real products that offer value. The compensation plan is not complicated. The problem is the David's for whatever reason haven't taken the time to clearly explain whether...

A) Only the purchases of #2, #4, #6, etc... pass-up
B) Both the purchases of your #2, #4, #6, etc AND those people's #2, #4, #6, etc... pass-up
C) When someone passes up to you they get placed on your front line AND if they happen to land in a #2, #4, #6, etc... spot then they pass up again and so on

I believe it's either B or C.

Whether it's B or C if you enroll a superstar in #2, #4, #6, etc... then you will never get paid on them or any of their sales. However, you could receive a superstar from someone below you.

I still haven't joined, but I'm considering it. Before I join an opportunity I need to generally understand the compensation plan. There's a big difference between A, B, and C.

Well Chris, The only thing I have to say about your accusation about the onex company being a scam is,, I and as well as a number of my associates have been able to withdraw commissions from the company. I dont think scams work that way..Thanks for sharing anyways but as long as im making money and actually seeing it,,i will be staying with the onex program..

I've been approached almost 20 times a day.

For me I am NOT doing it. I will continue to focus on what I do and avoid distractions. Too many people in this industry who are failing are always chasing after shiny objects.

In order to succeed people need to make their decision on how they want to market focus on it and master it.

I'm with you Michelle. I have also been approached over and over again and have tried to find out more about EN. I find very few negatives about it, but my plate is full when it comes to my marketing strategy. I do not need, or want one more thing to occupy my time with. I want my own lead list to eventually up sell my own products. I have a blog that is relatively new, but with all the blogging advice out there, I will see results in about 90 days (Rob Fore). So I will continue with something that is proven. I have a lot more methods to learn (when I'm ready) through MLSP. I'm new to MLSP, went to Live the Dream II and am totally inspired to build my business on sound methods. Although I don't do Facebook PPC, I do aspire to be a leader like you and Ray.

I felt compelled to jump again for three reasons only.

1** To find out how much Juanita Has made thus far...It was $163 four days ago right now must be a whopping and mouth watering I guess something like 5K buks...right? Ohh comon Juanita do not be so humble...please let us know how much so far...do not be like that...go ahead...yes..go.

2** To ask somebody the following...what would happen if these gentlemen that people call the Davids...even though for soo long time I have been in the wrong side of the cash registered-as Diane said-I have never have had the honor to get to know them or waste some money on their stuff-anyways back to my question:
If these two fine gentlemen try to do the same thing...but this time around they use a more strong vehicle
that rank lot faster and convert lot better...yes...I am talking about cloning their model at YOU TUBE...What would happen probably one month later? YOU MY FRIEND YOU ARE RIGHT...they would be banned for life not only them but their followers included...that is why they use an open source like Wordpress.

3** To let people know that if they are so eager to have a blog and share some content...there is more affordable ways to do that...:
A) Build a free blog...you can use a free of charge template...or build a fancy one with developer license for very cheap price...no more than 100 bucks...one time payment...you can even build sites for your associates.
B)Use sites like indigitalworks.com/?a_aid=12345 to get access to a vast amount of material you can use to populate your blogs and your youtube channels...of course you have to do your due diligence to do a better use of the material...and if you decide you want to become an affiliate you can earn 50% commission on every sell...not complicated and weird compensation plan...$147 one time payment and you have lifetime access...
C) Remember you want to provide your associates in your current MLM company with systems that will not distract them and move them forward to grow in your company...not become lazy and spend their money in systems that will not last long.

You have some valid points Roger, but you would be a little more credible if you would quit slapping your affiliate URL into your posts. That's what the resource box is for. Anyway, I do make mention of what I do most of the time in arenas like this, because after all, they are promoting Empowered Networker here (questions or no questions) and just doing it in a "round about" kind of way.

That's ok with me, but all is fair if that's the case, and I don't blindly follow anybody or any Company for that matter even if they have a few good guys or people running the business or Company, because it all comes down to the Affiliate, or Network Marketer in the end how much money they individually are going to make with the business.

No sponsor or business for that matter is going to make you successful. They may help you along the way, but again the buck stops with the Affiliate/MLM Marketer to get the results they are looking for in their business.

The what I call the "Wizard of Ozz" marketing strategy has been around a very long time. Ever watch the Wizard of Ozz? Dorthy and her companions go to see what they think is a great Wizard of Ozz that can help them with their dire needs only to find out it's just some short, fat bald guy frantically pulling some handles behind a curtain.

So again, basically what I can see the deal is: I'll give you your $25.00 bucks back if you go to work for me and help me build my lists while you are looking at my marketing training material in my back office. Oh, and if you bring in more referrals that do the same, I'll pay you more as the pay plan is laid out. Oh, and if you help us get upsales we'll pay you even more as the pay plan structure offers.

Of course in this economy, I don't think paying hundreds of dollars for training materials you can get for hundreds less or nothing is a great idea, when 95% of Americans would be out in the street if they were out of work for 30 days or more.

The wise choice is to do efficient training programs that cost little or no money and there are tons of great ones the give you all the basic marketing 101 information and materials, and move you along to much more advanced proven strategies (best practices) for online and offline marketing as one goes along.

Plus many of the MLM Co's offer great training too which most never even complete let alone complete additional 3rd party training courses that eventually may cost you 100's of dollars with no guarantee you are going to recoop the costs, because it's all based on your performance, and no one can guarantee your performance and results from it.

Again, perfect examples of inexpensive and proven programs along with many great marketing tools are: Empowerism, Sitesell/SitebuildIT, and Better Web Builder. I like the first and second most, because you get high quality training and tools that are really second to none for very low cost, and you can be making good money right away (because you have to pay at least a little money to get into the training and get started up front) if you are willing to really work them like a real business, and most don't so why pay the big bucks just to end up not getting results which most won't.

Better Web Builder is above par too from what I can see so far, but you give "free" up front first, and the bad thing about that is you end up chasing the 99.9% who just want something for nothing, and never upgrade or get upsold from things in the back office. In other words the conversions are much lower from my experience over the years of how these deals work, i.e nothing new under the sun.

CONCLUSION:

Send the little bucks first and see if you are even cut out to move to the next level in business, Internet Marketing, and all that it entails to make money in your very own home based business. If you are smart, you'll look at the stats, and you'll not be so hasty to jump right in spend the big bucks because you have to know yourself, and if you have any doubts about making it in any business you are in, you are pretty much doomed in the long run anyway.

TRUE STORY

Years ago I was helping a retired couple with their Search Engine Marketing, and found out they were not in the position to keep the online business and systems they had in place going because they were flat broke after spending 100K over the past two years getting Internet Marketing advice and help from many so called gurus that were hocking their products and services at the time.

They them proceeded to tell me that they wish they have found me much earlier because they were in the process of filing for bankruptcy. Again, this elderly couple staked their whole future on their Internet business, and after spending one hundred thousand dollars, they were in the position of having to go back to work. As the song goes, "Sad but true".

Haven't checked it out but when I see people jump from one thing to another (bright shiny thingy over there) !! ?!! Nothing is going to bring success, there is no secret to success: make a sale, then another, then another. Anything less is just busyness and I wonder if this is just more of the same and once again people are going to get hurt by following another bright shiny object.
