I do believe you are doing very good...but if you allow me a couple of things I found very distracted for your reader.

1** The Kivo micro finance ballistic video...even thought is very nice especially the music...got me distracted and wondering what does it has to do with anything here?

2** Having all the affiliate links at your right...you have an hemorrhage of prospects right there...which is fine only if that is your primary objective with your blog.If earning some bucks in commissions is your goal go for it.

Other than that...I think you are building a nice piece of real estate here.

Hey Anthony,

You're doing well. It's a nice blog clean and well organized.As for your Magnetic Sponsoring tab, it's very good you added that. What's good to do is have a banner and your own thoughts on Mike's book and how it helped you and how it could help others as well. That would encourage people to click it. It will also be good to lower the popular tags area. Make it near the bottom. Recent post and categories should be higher. That's pretty much it. I think you have a great blog and will do good with it. Good luck!

Congratulations on building your own blog - it looks clean and easy on the eye.

Couple of points that will help.

Make your MS banner a little smaller - all opt-in forms should be "above the fold" - so that you don't have to scroll down (people are very lazy).
Also you want people to connect with you - have your social media connection icons (i.e your FB profile page, Twitter link and YouTube icon) near the top - maybe with your RSS feed.
Install CommentLuv plugin on your blog - it encourages people to leave comments.

Put a "call to action" at the end of your blog post - what do you want your reader to do. They will skim read and then leave your site. If you install the plugin "link within" - it will show your last posts with similar interests.

Have you done keyword research on your articles? - If not you need to, otherwise your posts won't get found by the search engines.

Put a picture on your post (it makes it more interesting) and link it somewhere - people love to click pictures - make it link to a "money page".

Finally make sure you have a good signature at the bottom of your blog with your contact details and a subtle link (and I mean subtle!) to your primary biz op - take a look at the bottom of my posts if you want to see what I mean.

Your blog is looking good, they take time to build properly, but I see where you are trying to go with it &its a neat idea.

I notice that you are about to start the Copywriters Guild. Its my own Opinion that this is also a Must have course, just as much as Magnetic Sponsoring. Reason Being, once You have studied that 'skill' and put it into practice, it will set you apart in your own unique style as 'YOU'. Once that happens, and you start putting out more and more content, you'll find the leads will just flow to you.

Just keep on as you are, there are plenty of Resources here & in other places connected with BN that Success will come as sure as night follows Day.

Personally I would reduce the text size which would

Nicky Price's suggestions are good ones.

***You need an opt-in form on your blog.*** Not a link to an opt in form (which is what you have now). Get the form on your blog, above the fold. You'll generate many more leads that way. This is what top producers do.

Suggestions:

Do KW research and embed yr KWs 1%-2% into each post
End each post with a strong call to action to opt-in
Get your photo on your blog
