I have to admit that I'm not in this business for the money. Trust me. I've already had my share of the profits. There is a higher calling for me. I'm just so sick and tired of seeing my fellow Americans living an unhealthy lifestyle. When I say "unhealthy", I'm referring to malnutrition. Understand this simple fact: Your body is similar to that of an automobile. It will not function properly if it's not taken care of properly.
So, I come to you as a friend. Quit neglecting your body, and start giving it what it so richly deserves.

Hey Chris,
I totally agree with you, Man. Old habits are hard to break; therefore, form good habits. I get a little too serious on the issues of health. I guess it's a curse, but when I see people neglecting their health, it does something to me. I guess I care a little bit too much. I'm a business owner, like yourself, and I always tell myself, "What's the point of being successful if you're not healthy enough to enjoy it."
You take care, Buddy
